From the phone call I made to this shop to Reserve a time for a chip repair to the finish of the job - Wade- the sales and service manager - was everything a business like this needs in their people. HE took my call , booked the appointment, received me when I arrived, did the billing and personally delivered my vehicle outside when the job was finished. In and out in under 30 minutes and very Pleased with the whole transaction. Efficient, very courteous and customer focused and is having his people turn out good work. I also called one of the chain windshield guys(Speedy) and A) they were MORE EXPENSIVE and B) you get someone in a call center somewhere, who was not nearly as customer focused as these folks. After calling numerous local shops in Calgary to replace my windshield, I kept getting the same routine questions followed by "When can I book you in?" When I spoke with Windshield Surgeons over the phone we actually had a conversation and I felt like I had made the right decision in booking with them. I was able to get in the following day. Walking in I was greeted right away and had all my questions answered before the SUV went in. I was told an hour and a half and was called shortly after one hour. The floor mats were washed and the dash was cleaned. Excellent customer service and management team. I had a FANTASTIC experience with Windshield Surgeons today. Not only were they significantly cheaper to replace my cracked windshield than the other places I called, their service was exceptional. All three people I dealt with, especially the head guy (Rez? Dez?) were extremely friendly, efficient, professional and honestly, they all seemed to love working there. They were also honest about what I needed (told me I didn't need new wipers when I was prepared to pay for them), they even vacuumed the interior and cleaned ALL of my windows not just the new one. Went here today to have my windshield replaced and I couldn't be happier. I chose this place based on the other user reviews that I read. I had a previous windshield replaced at another local shop ("show us your crack") and when it was done, there was glass all over the dash and it had to be returned to be properly cleaned. At Windshield Surgeons, they actually did a small detail on the interior of the car (including removing the dog nose prints from the back windows). They use a special type of glue so you don't have tape on your vehicle and don't have to leave a window open (a plus when it's -20 outside in Calgary). Super friendly, and we were in and out in under 90 mins. I definitely recommend this place! read more
