Good and bad here. Keep in mind, I am from Maryland so this is all out of my league. I thought the place appeared and was well represented on social media. Colorful and current making me want to stop. Open late, another plus. In a late night district. Fun themed, too. Unfortunately, they only had one person working that late - I felt bad but she definitely handled it no issue at all. She pointed me in the right direction because I was confused. There are different items all defined from musical artists which was fun, but I wanted all of them LOL. I wish that on the digital screen that shows the menu that there were more photos of what you would be ordering. That might be helpful. There were some, though. Which is truly what led me to what I got - visual learner here. Also, the blue ice cream I got was SOOOO good - highly recommend. Extremely fun and clean in here and in a perfect area for young folk looking for a late night treat. A plus for selling water - always need water when having ice cream.
Happened to stumble on this spot by chance. It is so hip and soulful! The decor is retro but also pays homage to hip hop. The names of their flavors are witty - not too mention delicious! My son had the Blue Ivy cotton Candy Marshmallows with gummy bears and loved it!! If I wasn't so full I would've tried one of their alcohol infused frozen drinks but nevertheless, I'll have to be back. The place had benches as well and board games to play with about two old arcade games. It is pretty small and there was only one staff member but she was nice and quick. I have to come back
Not bad! Very trendy Ice cream place. The lighting could've been a lot better, but overall tasty food. I got the blue Cookie Monster ice cream which was Fantastic. Has a lot of potential. I'd definitely go back to give it another shot, maybe during the summer.
First time at this establishment. Such a cute spot. Jen was so helpful she offered to have us taste the ice creams before we purchased. The have a wide variety to pick from. The also have frozen drinks infused with liquor. They name the ice cream with a hip hop flare. They also play music great hip hop old school vibe when I was there. I love that they pay omish to the old hip legends. How about they made a red velvet waffle fresh in the waffle maker so good. Jen was so accommodating very friendly and suggested something unique for eachperson in our group. The staff were great and very helpful and informative customer service was on point. The lines grow fast so just be aware but they move really fast. If ever in the Wyndwood area, com check them out. Good service and good ice cream!
The hiphop feel is so dope. Their ice cream is even better! They have flavors of all kinds named after Hip-Hop staples. The atmosphere was amazing. The ice cream is delicious. So many instagrammable shots. Friendly staff. Fast Service. Clean shop. So sad to hear they closed down! I really liked this place!
We stumbled on this cute ice cream shop in Wynwood on a Sunday evening... Super cute vibe, inside is very nice and clean... customer service is excellent.. the lady at the counter was polite and patient.. she allowed us to try the flavors we wanted before making our final decision... the flavors are different but they all look delicious.. we ordered 3 strawberry ice creams in a cup and 1 Guava cheesecake.. everything was tasted great... next time we come I am getting my ice cream in a cone....
So glad I found this ice cream shop. Especially on date night. I was craving dessert with icecream and this was the perfect spot. When you walk in the scene is well thought of like an old school 90's hip hop. So thoughtful and on the wall they have so many popular hip hop and rap stars pictures. SO MANY ICECREAM CHOICES :) love that. No matter what you are in the mood for they have a flavor to satisfy that. We decided to try the brownie with ice cream and being our first time here the employee let us try all the flavors we wanted, she was very kind and patient. The signature flavor is the blue color cookie dough mix one, surprisingly really good. The color will make u think its sweet or blueberry but really cool how they make it. We got brownies and 2 scoops of icecream with the choice of whip cream, nutella, fudge or caramel and then all the toppings you want. The spot is perfect for date night or any ages/family. They have jenga, uno and a dj set so the scene is always popping. And the prices are definitely reasonable especially for somewhere in wynwood. Some places over charge for a scoop of icecream but my dessert was the perfect price with the best customer service and delicious! And a shout out to the wonderful employee who made our occasion joyful. I didnt get her name but her blue hair matched the signature blue ice cream! Cant wait to bring more friends here!
I would like to start this by saying, the ice cream was AMAZING. I had strawberry and the creamsicle (I wish I remembered their names). The design of the shop was dope too. The shop definitely payed homage to hip hop and its artist. There was a walk of fame with a number of hip hop artist even some of the most legendary Miami hip hop artist. Each of the ice creams had hip hop influenced names. I am giving three stars because how is this a hip hop inspired ice cream parlor but there is no hip hop being played? Also, it was a little busy when I came but I felt rushed into placing my order and did not feel the customer service was as amazing as the ice cream or the ambiance. It could have simply been a bad day. The next time I am in Miami, I will still visit again.
I love the design and the vibe of this place! I walked in, and Suni (sorry if I misspelled your name) took her time to describe each flavor. She also gave me some recommendations and told me the one that sells the most. That is such an outstanding level of customer service I don't often see in Miami. I got the blue one because it got my attention. Plus, it is the one that sells the most. I would suggest giving a bigger cup for the small portion. I tried to eat it fast, but the Miami heat melted it faster enough to get my hands covered in blue. This place has Fantastic Ice cream, service, and vibe. Very welcoming! I will be back!
I'm so happy that Mr. Kream is still in Wynwood, lets hope they stay till the end of the year to enjoy thror delicious ice cream. My kids love coming here every weekend. And Jenny is the best, not sure how it would be without her.
Hands down, the best ice cream shop in town! Ice cream is one of my weaknesses, I've been following Mr.kream on instagram for a while and kept hearing it was all the rage. Finally was able to visit on Sunday with friends and what a great experience it was! The vibe, the ambiance, the staff and the decorations were truly great, visiting Mr.Kream was like stepping out of Miami for a few hours and into New York. The music and live DJ were the cherry on top of the delicious flavors and the creativity behind the small shop. 2 Live blue is one of their most popular flavors and it's definitely worth all the rage. Be warned, it will leave your mouth and tongue bright blue. I wanted to try their strawberry cheesecake flavor, but I was told the flavors rotate so it was not available that day. Instead I tried Shabba Ranks, which was a coconut fudge flavor, and truly delicious as well! Most of our party went with the 2 live blue as well as 24k, and Cardi Banana flavor. The 24k was kind of like carrot cake with a cinnamon flavor. Cardi Banana is self explanatory. The two guys behind the counter were extremely helpful and patient as everyone decided on their flavors (it was a hard choice). You're able to try out the flavors before placing your order. The decor inside is simple, yet bold. Bright colors with framed pictures of hip hop icons, which make for very cute photo ops. Will definitely be back for more of that Cookie Monster approved ice cream and to try more flavors!
This place is awesome. Hands down! On my last day in Miami a friend mentioned this place she saw on Love & Hip Hop and it just happened to be in the neighborhood we were already exploring. Walking in and I was already smiling because they were playing good (Hip Hop and R&B) music. There were TV's that showed videos and all on the walls were famous musicians. There is little seating but it seems to get real live in there since there was DJ equipment set up. There are jumbo Uno cards & jumbo Jenga to enjoy while sitting around. All around good use of the small space they have going on. The ice cream flavors are named after famous rappers & singers and just as delicious! I fell in love with the Lil Kim- strawberry cheesecake, but was able to try some other flavors. 2 Live Blue, the Bonita Apple Pie tasted just like Apple pie with a scoop of ice cream on top, Grand Daddy Purp, & 24k Carrot Cake were all delicious. I was so jealous that this spot was only in Miami. I swear if this was in Indianapolis, I would never go back to Coldstone. This will be my 1st stop next time I come to Miami
This spot has become my ice cream staple in Miami. I love the hip-hop theme. They even have the OG Pac-Man. Service is always top notch. Shout out to the homie who made a waffle from scratch because y'all were out and it was my boyfriend's bday. Y'all are the truth. Every time I set foot in the place i feel welcomed and just excited as I was the first time I came. They have frozen drinks now! I tried the Frozé and it was bomb dot com. Y'all are doing it right and killing it.

Overpriced, not worth it. About $8 for a scoop of ice cream on top of a small chocolate chip cookie. I had the 2 live blue (chocolate chip cookie dough) with whipped cream. I liked the music (hip hop) and the decor but the service and product are definitely not worth the price in my opinion. read more

Absolutely worth our 20 min drive from South beach to Wynwood. It wasssss soooooo good!!! And cheap too. 2 scoops with all the toppings was about 7 bucks. The owner and workers are totally nice. I had the 2 LIVE BLUE. It lives up to its name, turned my mouth blue too. All the flavors have really cool names. Update: 3 days later- I'm still pooping blue from the 2 LIVE BLUE. Still worth it. Can't wait to go back! read more

Cute spot with a great vibe. I felt like I was in the early 90's and like how they name their ice creams after famous artists. I got the birthday cake icecream with crushed Oreos on top and it was a fun treat. I felt like it could've used a bit more umf but it just need to try more flavors next time and see what it's really all about. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that was super oooowie goowie and super delicious. I paid a total of $9 which isn't bad considering the area that it's in. Would like to see more unique flavors added to them menu. That's just my preference though. All in all, cool spot to hang out at for someone who has a sweet tooth. read more

Outstanding ice cream place- we loved it! The hip hop/ice cream concept is fantastic. We went after dinner- its an experience to walk up to this place at 830 at night, you'd think you're going to a club. But the shop was a lot of fun and really gets at every one of your senses. The guys serving ice cream were friendly and engaging and spent time talking to everyone and joking. Everything is very unique. It is a little pricey though, so be ready for that. *They really need to dump the food- focus on ice cream. And it would be a big help if they had the flavor names and a description written somewhere. Think about only serving local beers too- there are so many in Wynwood, why offer anything else? read more
I loved the concept of this ice cream parlor! It's super fun on the inside with its own arcade hip hop feel. They have games like Jenga on the tables for groups to play. A lot of the flavors are a homage to hip hop artists or old songs. There's a DJ booth with a lot of older hits playing. All the flavors I sampled were delicious. I ended up getting the coconut and the guava + cheesecake. This was so good! Loved that the ice cream didn't melt right away. It was expensive, however, especially because we asked for 1/2 scoops (two flavors with one scoop) and were told we could order that. We were charged for the full two scoops, $8.5 each per cone...? to be fair the portions were truly 2 full scoops but we only asked for 1. read more

Super delicious and yummy ice cream with a twist. He place pays homage to the Hip Hop Legends and icons. There are pictures of music artists everywhere and there is even a di booth playing hip hop/rap tunes. I would say it was a quirky and eccentric store. They also had an old school pac man arcade game along with other jumbo sized board games on the tables. I also thought they infused their creativity in the names of the ice cream. They had Jenny From the Block Dulce de Leche and another like Cardi B Banana. I must say the scoops are pretty generous. I couldn't finish my two scoops. I got Cookie Dough/Cookies n Cream and the Chocolate. The chocolate was so smooth and creamy as was the other one, but the cookie dough tasted more like a birthday cake ice cream than cookie dough in my opinion. It was still good, but I preferred the chocolate more. I'm glad I tried it though. The cookie dough was colored blue which made it more appealing and fun to me. I can't pass up anything that pays tribute to the Cookie Monster (which they had a life size replica of in the store )I would go back cause the ice cream was that good and the service was great too! Def recommend. read more

Ice cream hip hop lounge? The description was enough to get me in. The music was enough to make me wait in line. 10pm with a line? Either the ice cream is good or these people are suuuuper drunk. Fortunately for me, it was the former! You have your traditional flavors ( i.e vanilla, cookie dough), Miami flavors (guava, Cuban coffee), and unique flavors (Cardi Banana and the iconic 2 Live blue). I got a two scoop and the bf got three because all of our samples were delicious! The gentleman working tonight was so pleasant and helpful to all guest, allowing us to sample and decide. It was a great way for us to test the quality of the Kreme. My bf noted, after a night of us drinking, it was also a very sobering snack lol. Highly recommend this gem! Come in, get some cold, craft beer with your ice cream, and play some Jenga or Uno with your friends read more

Stopped in here on a warm Sunday after walking around Wynwood. I ordered the coffee ice cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top. Loved the fun toppings. I had looked this up previously, and saw a ton of fun ice cream photos online, but once we got in the store it was a little confusing what to order. The menu doesn't have any photos or true descriptions and the line was too busy and quick moving to really ask what everything was. Over $7 for two scoops in a cup was a little steep, but I appreciate the novelty of the choices.... oh and my favorite touch had to be the color changing spoons! So cute!! read more

This place has a fun decor concept and is a great end to a night out in Wynwood. Since there was a bit of a wait, one of the staff members was heating up cookies and letting us try them as a sample - the peanut butter cookie was amazing! Mr. Kream gives me the old school hip hop feel. The decor is cool everything is cohesive. I do feel it's a bit dark. Maybe they should have better lighting during the daytime. I tried the Frank Ocean which is a dairy ice cream and a watermelon which was non dairy. My boyfriend had two scoops of birthday cake ice cream with cookies. It was okay was not really anything to brag about. read more

They offered samples of flavors. I ended up with the biggie smalls (2 scoops) of butter pecan-rican and track master. Both very yummy. Definitely will come back. read more

This place is so cool and filled with delicious treats. Decorated with all with all the legendary rappers. The decor is out of the 80's & 90's. Cool Lou Gehrig's and seating areas. Clever and catchy ice cream names as well as baked treats. The music is the bomb playing all the great hits from the era and we sang along as eating our treats. Games to play are setup in the front and the staff is extremely friendly. We were so happy this was open late night after a night out in Wynwood. Centrally locates and close to the rooftop at Wynwood. Anyone who may need a sweet treat after dancing and drinking the night away this is your place for the wind down. The neon lights are also an awesome touch, great place to chill with great friends. We will be back next time we are in town to try some more desserts ! read more
