I can honestly say that I was disappointed today with the service I was provided. I went with my girlfriends because they had never been and I've tried it once so I told them how good the food was. I felt this restaurant made a liar out of me!! When we walked in, only a few people were waiting. We put our orders in around 12:30-12:40 and we sit down to wait. Girlfriend #1 got her food first (the cheesesteak sub)after about 10-15 minutes of waiting and commented on how good it was. I was like "yeah, I had that before it was great." So me and Girlfriend #2 had ordered some burgers and were waiting. And waiting... And waiting. So we asked one of the cooks if they had called us yet and he IGNORED US. Then, he has the audacity to be DRINKING, EATING, AND TEXTING while he was COOKING!!! WHO DOES THAT?? We didn't get our food until almost 1:20 (because it takes almost an hour to cook two burgers ) and they weren't worth the wait. The food was pitiful, the service wasn't great and I was pissed off enough that I wanted to leave my $10.00 order. This restaurant needs to make it where you can cancel your order or pay after getting your food because I have them a tip they did not deserve. I really enjoyed going to Mr. Everything I heard it was good and I decided to try it. I think I probably did wait about 30 minutes but it didn't really bother me I wasn't in a rush. I ordered a Salmon dish with rice and added chicken and shrimp, no mushrooms extra onion. Omg it was so good!!!! My babe got steak with yellow rice and he loved it. I also fell in love with the spicy creole sauce. They have a variety of sauces you can choose from to put on your food. The customer service I received wasn't bad at all and the lady gave us a free drink because we said it was our first time visiting! The location is a little sketchy but it's good restaurants all down that street. The price wasn't to bad if you ask me either and I got full and had enough to take the rest for lunch the next day. My favorite place to grab a bite that will hold me over for two meals. I am a fan of the rice dishes. You can order them with vegetables only or with meat added. The rice dish consist of a bed of yellow rice, with grilled veggies and topped with cheese. You have the choice of two side sauces and I always get the spicy chipotle (it's the best). Parking is by meter and sometimes you can get a ticket if you don't pay in time. At times, if they are really busy, you have to come in to order and can't place a phone order. Besides the parking and sometimes long wait times, I recommend this place especially for those trying to get towards a healthier diet. read more

I have never had a bad meal at Mr. Everything's. I started going to their establishment when I was a student in the AUC in 2009. My favorite meal is the lamb over rice dish. It is always fresh and made to order. I recommended this dish to my mother and she also thoroughly enjoyed. Sometimes there is a long wait if you do not order in advance but it does not bother me. Personally, Mr. Everything's has been consistent in their delivery of service and I recommend for you to try them. read more

Only good if you like food with NO seasoning. We had a salmon sandwich and the shrimp rice bowl. They were both heavily UNDER seasoned (like no seasoning). The lemonade seemed like it was minute maid which is fine it's just not good or something that people should be writing that it is amazing. My girl and i ordered here via grub-hub this evening at 6:28pm and was told it would be ready at 7:30 (rounding up). it is almost 8:30pm and im still waiting on my food!! that was the reason for ordering online! they suck! we're currently sitting here looking at people come in and out while we are still waiting on our food!! I am on the phone attempting to place an order for me and my family. Sadly, no one will answer the phone. As a matter of fact, someone has picked it up and hung it up 4 times in a row. Normally, I'd give up and take my money elsewhere. I probably still will. But how can a business ignore paying customers? Before today, I was a regular here, always calling in my order because I drive a distance to pick it up. After today, though, after being hung up on now 7 times, I won't be patronizing this business anymore. Customer service is everything. If you are too busy to take anymore orders, simply pick up the phone and say that. It would only take a few seconds. I left a stellar review a while back. I wish I could take it back. It doesn't matter how great the food is if the customer service is sub-par. I've been eating here since they had the dine in restaurant. Since the new location opened the service had just been so bad. The lady at the counter was giving my man a problem because he wanted chips and a drink with his sandwich, she said he'd have to order it separately which is redundant if that's what he said he wanted. I ordered the shrimp rice dish and somehow received chicken which I don't eat. So not only did he pay extra for shrimp that I never got but he never got his chips with his sandwich. I waited to make this review after i had been here more than once after my second time going here's the review..... The first time I ordered via grub hub and the food took so long they had to credit me my meal. The turkey burger wasn't as flavorful as i had hoped but the chicken gyro was EVERYTHING (accept that wait lol ). I assumed the wait was due to the time of day and it was a Saturday but i sent someone on a week day and the wait was just as long so that's why the 3 stars. You legit need a snack to wait for your food they should open a concession stand out front they would rack up! Where should I begin. I decided to take my friend out of the house who is recovering from a hip surgery. The entrance is crowded and a clusterfuck fucking mess. You are supposed to give your food order to the cooks who you cannot see or hear over the piles of sandwich breads and ingredients. I was shouting to him what I wanted while another guy was leaning over me ordering in the middle of my order. This happened after I went to the register and tried to order and the lady literally stared at me for about a minute, without saying a word, until I said I was ready to order and she looked at me if I had three heads. We go to sit in the "dinning room" and the tv on the wall was blaring the news. We were the only people in there besides a guy sitting at a desk so I went to turn it down significantly so I could actually converse with my friend. After doing so the guy in the desk who happened to have the remote that I did not see started to go off on me for helping myself to adjust the volume, instead of asking. I told him it was very loud and I would like to actually have lunch with my friend.He told me he was the manager and that I should not assume things and do what I want. ARE YOU REALLY FOR REAL. I tried to stop talking to him, but he kept going on and making jabs at me and the fact that I did not ask. He then brought my friend into the situation which was extremely unnecessary. He was literally mumbling, and I could not understand him. After some time he did not realize it would be appropriate to let us try and enjoy our meal, and I told him we were taking our food and leaving and he basically shooed us out. All orders are made fresh so when you order they prepare your food right then and there. I ordered the Chicken & Yellow Rice w/ Everything except onions and my friend had Shrimp & Chicken Yellow Rice w/ Everything. The wait wasn't long as some stated due to it being a weekday & after lunch hours. After we received our food we popped the boxes to check the food out & to be sure that the order was correct. We asked for the Spicy Creole sauce & Ranch on the side to try like the reviews below stated. The food was well prepared, my taste buds lit up with the first bite & my friend was moaning about how good it was. The spicy creole sauce definitely hits it off right. I am giving absolutely ZERO stars. It is totally based on customer service and not the food. Unfortunately, I did not get to taste the food that everyone raves about on social media. My colleagues and I placed a large order today. However, when I opened my plate, there was an eyelash in the food. I was disappointed and my appetite was ruined. I contacted the owner and was told to bring the plate back with my receipt. However, when I informed them I was not driving over there again at this time, I was told to place in the refrigerator. I have never been told to place something in the refrigerator to bring back to an establishment for reimbursement. BEWARE OF HAIR IN FOOD AND RUDE STAFF. Food is consistent, however I always wait 1-2 hours for my food via Uber eats and/or Grubhub. I only go to school less than 10 minutes away.
