Great quick service. Very happy with his diagnosis and the process for repair! Excellent! Thank you very much.

OMG y'all! We found the Holy Grail of plumbers -- finally! Greg was so great. Not only did he fix our long-standing issues in, like, minutes (primary bathroom faucet flow and laundry room drain), he was a joy to be around -- skilled, communicative, and super personable. AND his fee was totally reasonable, better than "the competition." Highly recommending! read more

Very strong 5 stars. Just a pleasure to work with. Saved us money by properly diagnosing our issue. I will not hesitate to bring them back again for any plumbing needs. Fair price, courteous, timely, and all around good people. Highly recommended! read more

I've worked with this company on two separate occasions: one for a shower repair and the other for a sewer line replacement. The first instance involved an intoxicated and unstable employee that endangered the safety of everyone involved. The company upgraded the shower as an apology for the occurrence. During this upgrade, other issues happened such as poor communication, damages, and trash being left after the work was completed. My most recent experience also involved lack of communication which led to a lot of confusion. For the cost and extent of the work, I would have expected clearer communication. I sent multiple emails and called several times for updates, but never received a response until after the work was completed and they wanted to collect their payment. The company corrected the issues after they were brought up, but after two negative experiences with this company I would prefer working with others in the area whenever possible. read more

My downstairs toilet just started erupting on a Friday night and completely ruined my evening plans! Luckily I was able to call Mr Drain the next morning and Dallas came out and immediately started looking around my house to find the source of the back up. He was able to locate the main pipe to my home and unclog the blockage and restored order! He even used the pipe camera to show us where the clog was and the condition of the pipes. He was knowledgeable, personable and efficient and we greatly appreciated all his hard work!! read more

This company solved an old leak problem in our laundry area that was interfering with our washer and dryer. It took all day to dig into the walls and repair the leaks but it was worth it in the end. Their team was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. read more

The men that came out for our plumbing problems were professional and very nice and considerate. They worked hard, had pleasant attitudes. Greg, Bill and Aaron were excellent! Highly recommend! read more

These guys are good! Seldom I see plumbing company this good. Derrick and Rory got the right attitude first off and very professional in every way. Got a clogged kitchen sink and Rory with his tool connected to a camera was awesome. I saw the cause of the clog and how it got repaired. They did an extra inspection free of charge of the pipes under my house and found more issues which needs to be taken care of soon or may cause major problems in the near future. They will present a proposal for me with photos to help me decide. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing job. read more

The plumber was fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issue in less than 45 minutes

Hello Never use this company ! They will conjure up work and try and get you to spend thousands of dollars for work that they never show you a picture of! Stay away this company if you don't want to end up in Small Claims Court! They will take advantage of you big time! read more

This is the best plumbing service and prices around in the area. The technician Dallas did a great job and he was very professional. Highly recommend going with Mr. Drain Plumbing. I will definitely go with them again if I need any plumbing work done. read more

I had a problem with a clogged pipe. I had no problem contacting the company. They were responsive each time I called. The customer service both at the office and the employees that came to my house was great. The 2 employees were clean and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable and my problem was fixed in short time. I recommend them and would use them again. Steve R. read more

I debated about posting this review but I think this happened to me so I could caution others. My toilet was clogged so I called Mr. Drain. I was told that I needed a new toilet and the sheetrock behind the toilet had mold. So for a new toilet, replacing a 4X3 piece of sheetrock, removing 3 tiles under the toilet all of which entailed about 8 hours of work cost me $6,500.00. So allowing about $200.00 for the toilet and maybe $150.00 for the sheetrock, that means they charge over $700.00 per hour for labor. And I had to pay for it before the work started. Please be careful if you use this plumber. read more

We needed service on a late Friday afternoon. Gregory came out and within an hour had us taken care of. Will definitely use them again. Great service! Thank you read more

Great service! We sent a request through Yelp and they were the first to respond. This was on a Friday night. I called Sat morning and they were able to provide same day service. Our tech was Bill. He was super friendly and called to let us know when he would arrive. Our issue was an easy fix so it took him maybe 10 min. Rates are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for service! read more

Collin from Mr. Drain came to our house on a Sunday and fixed a leak on my tankless water heater at no charge! He was super prompt, knowledgeable and gave a lot of helpful advice on my water heater. Mr. Drain Plumbing is the best in the business. They are local, family owned, and truly amazing professionals.

Mr. Drain was so quick!! Not only with scheduling me an appt for the next day, but also the service request being completed. My garbage disposal stopped working. Rory and Derek came in, assessed the disposal, and fixed it in less than 20 mins. The price was perfect and so were the technicians! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Bill and Chase came out within the same day of me calling. They did a thorough check of my home and even pet my dogs. I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Mr. Drain, came out to service my underground rainwater drains, and could not complete the hydro high pressure clean out because they stated that there could be some fine tree roots that have cause some blockage. In two seperate locations of about two to three feet of root intrusion within my drain out to the front of my residence. So, they did not complete the task I paid them for ($1600) and wanted to charge me an additional $2,600 to clear the very short area of root removal, approximately 6 feet of new plastic drain hose. I declined their ridiculous offer to replace the affected area. I hired my gardener who did a fantastic job for only $400. They definitely have the right name for their company, because that's exactly what they will do, drain all the money out of your wallet. I am totally dissatisfied with this company., and will never recommended them to anyone. Rick R. read more

The best service. Professional company with outstanding customer focus. ************

Antonio & Mr. Drain were excellent. We contacted them for a clogged kitchen drain that we tried everything to unclog. They came out the same day. Showed my husband the camera view and all the problems. We opted to replace the pipes rather than having them come out repeatedly! Antonio Gomez did all the work the following day! He was very cordial, kind & efficient! He also reassured us we could contact him if we needed further assistance! Thank you, Antonio (Tony)! read more

I am writing this good review of Mr Drain because they immediately responded to my leaking water heater. The technician Trevor was very friendly, informative of the problem. Because I purchased the water heater from Home Depot and it was still under warranty, I selected the Home Depot contractors. They picked up a new WH and return the older one back to HD so I could get store credit. Had this not been the case, I would have used Mr Drain to do the job. I will use them in the future for sure. read more

It was a wonderful experience having Mr Drain plumbing service provide the service that was needed. All I can say is this was just an amazing experience. Who knew that hiring a plumber could be a good experience. fast, polite, thoughtful, understanding, fast, easy to work with, and got the job done that others said it was impossible, all at a price that was fair. Hire these guys. Well at least ask for ED read more

Greg was fast, kind, and professional. He took care of our issue the same day. We definitely recommend this small, local business.

We've had two other plumbers out over the last 4 years telling us our problem was our kids, not the plumbing... and yet sewage kept emerging from the base of the toilet. Mr. Drain came out and REALLY LOOKED at our problem, removed the toilet and looked at the pipes around the house. What they found was disgusting. I'm mad that this wasn't found when we bought the house, but I am hugely grateful for Mr. Drain and I'm very excited to have our bathrooms finally fixed. Call these guys for plumbing problems. Amazing work , very professional , and friendly technicians absolutely would recommend this company to others !

Rory came out to snake a slow drain. We thought it was just a hair buildup problem but it turned out to be hair and a major soap scum buildup, over decades of use. He did a great job explaining what he was seeing in the pipe and cleared out a good amount of the soap scum by hand with sheer muscle. He then offered to go under the house to make sure that there weren't any other issues with the shower drain line. He did that, and it all looked fine. So, very thorough work, very communicative, and I'll be hiring him again!! read more

Called Mr. drain because my plumbing was clogged. They sent Ben out to take a look and give me an estimate. The estimate was priced well. He then called Erin who came out and did the actually did the repairs. He was prompt, courteous, clean and came in slightly under budget. Both gentlemen perform their duties above and beyond my expectations. Mr. drain was a godsend! Thank you! BigKev711 read more

Devin did a great job. We had a slow tub drain and he had it cleared in about 30 minutes. Much appreciated.

Very responsive company. Ben came quickly, reviewed the problem and gave and quoted a price. Trever and Jonathan arrived the next morning to clear the landscape drains on our property. The two of them had their work cut out for them because much of it required digging in river rock. Ben's estimate was 2 days work. Trever and Jonathan completed it in 1.5 days. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it belonged. This was a big job that I could not do myself. I considered the price to be fair. The quality of work was excellent. I had a minor quibble over the final bill, but that was resolved quickly with a phone call. read more
