They sent someone to diagnose the problem with my kitchen faucet. Manny was great. He called to give us a heads up on his arrival. He was very professional and personable. He did some investigating and discussed the problematic behavior of the faucet with us. He gave my daughter and I an idea about what was wrong. My daughter felt she could fix it. Thank you so much! When I or any of my neighbors need a plumber, we will call Mr Drain! read more

Mr Drain is very good and dedicated to helping you. Ed helped me and was very friendly.

I contacted Mr. Drain after being unable to unclog my toilet using a plunger and every trick I could find on the internet. Greg came quickly, the same day at a time that was convenient for me, and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the toilet. He was communicative, kind and efficient and charged a fair price! I'm thankful for Greg and Mr. Drain for solving my problem! read more

Wonderful service! I had to have my bathroom plumbing fixed because a contractor put it in backwards...hot on the right side. From the moment Aaron came to the door he was so NICE and very respectful! He explained everything to me and put my plumbing back right. I'm definitely going to use Mr. Drain again....and Aaron if I can request him. :-) read more

Very very professional company they were recommended to me from Church friends. My Mom had leaks in her Hot water heater. Ed Lewis came to the rescue! My Mom said he " couldn't have been nicer and put her at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional! With a larger than life personality!" Also kudos to Bill Benson for the installation work and explaining everything with great detail. He was very respectful! We recommend this company highly! read more

Excellent job, the owner actually took the time to come and help explain the situation, he even cut the hedges and helped prep for the technician to finish the job, the technician was excellent finished a few hours early read more

This business got the job done but they had to come back a couple of days later after I requested they actually finish the job by removing the entire length of my main sewer line that we had agreed upon before payment, which was to remove up to 25' of orangeburg pipe. They didn't communicate with me about only removing 22' of the old pipeline, instead I had to ask one of the technicians as they were about to bury the trench. When paying top dollar for a job to remove a 75 year old pipe, I expected them to communicate better and consider my input about leaving a section of the old pipe that required breaking part of a concrete sidewalk. I would not recommend this business as they are significantly expensive and didn't communicate well during construction. read more

10/10 service- Michael Garcia came to our home and was so kind and professional! (Was even considerate about opening and closing doors to prevent our indoor cats from getting outside or into the mess lol) which I especially appreciated! Stayed much longer than intended and really went the extra mile to explain to us what was going on, I will only call this plumbing service from now on! Thank you so much! read more

I started replacing my bathroom faucet and could not complete it because of extreme vertigo, but the water was turned off to the house and couldn't be turned on. Mr.Drain was the first company we found that would come within 24 hours. They arrived well within the time window and communicated well before hand. Both Derek and Roy were personable and efficient in listening to what we needed, giving us a reasonable estimate, and then completing the job. We have our new faucets and most importantly, the water is back on. Thanks. read more

My husband called Mr Drain to descale our tankless water heater. They gave us great advice on how to maintain it and were very honest and helpful on how we could do the service ourselves. They didn't charge anything and freely helped my husband. Any time I have any plumbing issues I will definitely call Me Drain. read more

Absolute ROCK STAR Service. I can't recommend them enough. Greg was phenomenal, showed up early, called ahead to see if that was okay, and found the problem within just a couple of minutes and helped us get it solved. Mr. Drain was great! Arrived quickly to fix our garbage disposal. Definitely recommend!

Put out a project on yelp and they were first. Massive waste of time. For first appointment they give me 2 hour window. Guy bothers to call me 15 mins after I've been sitting around for 2 hours, to say he'll be around in another 45 minutes. That won't work so we reschedule first thing Friday. Guess what, according to pattern, I've been sitting around waiting an hour they call me to tell me they can't make it on time this day either. If you've had much work done on your house you know this type. Stay away from them you don't want them near your house or your wallet. read more

Great customer service. Responsive. Even matched a competitors price to accommodate our budget. Would highly recommend.

Highest bid of the six plumbers I contacted, by over three times. The job appeared simple as I watched the plumber I hired complete it and based on what I saw, nothing to justify the extremely higher price bid. read more

I had something fall into my toilet and it wouldn't flush properly. I requested a quote on yelp and Mr. Drain replied back right away and was able to come out the same day. Greg came out in less than 30 minutes to my house and was able to retrieve what I dropped in the toilet and get everything working again. I hope I never have an emergency like this again, but if I do I will definitely use them again. The cost was reasonable and less than what I was scared it was going to be. read more

Our washer and sink were backing up. Found out after seeing the camera that our 60 year old pipes needed to be replaced. The owner had a crew onsite asap to dig, jack hammer and install a new water line. Crew led by Cain did a wonderful job. The communication and clean up was top notch. Took the crew 5 days and they finished the job on time as quoted. Thank you again to Cain, Manny and Jonathan!!! read more

Called Mr. Drain on a Sunday afternoon for a clogged sewer line. Greg, a co owner showed up within an hour. He was unable to clear plug and couldn't see what was causing it using camera. He called one of his crew to hydro jet line and said he would come back in the morning to inspect line. Plug was cleared that night. Greg came back next morning and found a major problem. Correcting the problem would have been extremely expensive and would have disrupted my household for possibly a month. Greg came up with a solution that was a fraction of the cost and be far less disruptive. The work required was still significant and very difficult. The crew was led by Aaron and included Trevor, Matthew, Jacob H. and Jacob R. They all worked very hard under miserable conditions. It poured rain on several days and many days the crew worked in to the night. They got the fix completed in about a week and had the site cleaned and concrete poured within two days after that. Aaron was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions or addressed any concerns promptly. Outstanding work by everyone involved. I would highly recommend Mr. Drain for any of your plumbing nee read more
