I was super impressed with this company. They came out to address an emergency plumbing issue on a holiday, correctly diagnosed it, and had it completely resolved the following day. Their customer service is exemplary! Their field manager, Ben, was the diagnostician and walked me through exactly what the problem was and what needed to be rectified. He even showed me what was going on using a video camera from inside the pipes. The repair team, comprised of Trever and Jonathan, were efficient and respectful of my home and belongings. The repairs were completed correctly AND on time. I was in the middle of throwing a graduation party for my daughter on a Friday evening 5-31-24 and my main water pipe broke to my house. it was late in the day and we couldn't find anyone to come out. we called Mr.Drain plumbing and they sent out two plumbers Rory and Derek. These two saved the day for me. my house required parts that needed to be special ordered and would take a few days to get, I was leaving to go on vacation in 2 days so Roy and Derek went above and beyond to temporarily fix the problem to get me through untill I could fix it properly. It was a Sunday. I came home from getting my chemo lab work done only to find a pool of water under my sink and spreading across the kitchen floor. I called Mr. Drain and within an hour Joshua appeared. My kitchen sink faucet needed replacement. I bought the replacement at Lowe's and he installed in a blink of an eye. Joshua was professional, courteous and helpful with my circumstances as I am disabled. Just like that an emergency was thwarted and I cannot imagine it being handled any better. I had some sewer lines that needed to be replaced because they were clogged with roots. After getting an estimate from a few companies, I decided on Mr. Drain. Greg (one of the owners) not only gave me a good price, but was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I just had a good feeling from the start! His employee Collin did the work and did an amazing job. Collin was friendly, professional, and CLEAN. When he left, you would have never known he dug a huge hole in my yard. Ed was amazing! Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. His expertise on plumbing issues is awesome. I was literally exhausted of trying to get my landlord slumlord to send someone out and decided that it wasn't worth it to keep suffering. Our house had a major unexpected waterline issue (40 year old rusted piping had to be replaced). Greg came out and not only explained the issue to us in layman's terms but also took video and photos so we could fully understand the situation, causes, and options. Mr Drain Plumbing was excellent. A younger gentleman named Kane came to our home and worked so hard. He was so nice to us and very respectable. We have been without a dishwasher for 5 months and he was very good at his job. His work was Top Tier. He showed on time and was helpful on the phone before he showed up also. What I thought was a small leak turned out to be a major job to replace the entire water service to the house. Antonio and his dad came every day to dig the trench (through rocky soil) and lay the new pipe. The line cut across a neighbor's driveway, so he coordinated with them reduce their impact and keep them happy. He repaired areas in the irrigation lines that were impacted by the trench. Coordination with PCWA and the city went very smoothly. And communication was great. All around a terrific job. read more

Most helpful men I've ever met. Kane and Manuel showed up on time and ready to work. I used to work for a plumbing company and thought I knew it all, but the quality of their work was the best work I've ever seen. I had an emergency plumbing need for our Kitchen sink, and Mr. Drain came out within the hour after normal business hours had closed. The technician Rory went to the hardware store twice, as our home plumbing was older than anticipated.
