While dropping off my suit, I asked about getting my **two wool coats cleaned** and was told **$9 each**. Great deal! Or so I thought. Fast forward to actually dropping them off, and suddenly the price had jumped to **$14 each**. Fascinating! Inflation has never worked so fast. When I asked about it, I was told I had been "misquoted" and that $14 was the *real* price. No big deal, just a **55% price increase overnight!** Naturally, I asked if they had a price list (since, you know, **most businesses do**) so I could actually know what I'd be paying before handing over my clothes. Lost several shirts. This is the worse dry cleaners I have ever experienced. My mom uses them and my brother and I have had to bring items back that have not been washed or dry cleaned. They have lost several shirts of hers. We told our mom no more. We will drive farther out to another cleaners. They should be shut down. read more

Poor quality work and extremely rude. Took in items to be tailored - the man pinning was very confident, which he should not have been. He not only completely ruined the garment- rendering it unwearable. But refused to offer a refund for the damaged item. Would not use them again if they were the last dry cleaner in the state of Tennessee. Additionally - it is absolutely filthy inside. read more

I took a Santa Suit there to be steamed cleaned but instead the stupid ass short guy washed it. When I picked it up the fur was a faded reddish color. He asked if he could keep it to redo it and I allowed him to. Well I picked it up almost 2 weeks later and the fur was still a reddish color. They were VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Including the owner. They refused to pay for the suit or give me my money back. Best prices I went to another dry cleaners charging me $55 for a simple formal dress. Came here and the lady only charged me $20 and they were able to remove the stain from my dress definitely recommend and will be back. read more

I use to go here frequently but wont be returning anymore, after the last 3 times I went my clothes were not creased not even my dress shirts. When I'm spending 70 bucks a visit to get my clothes dry cleaned I expect them to be creased or be accommodated in some type of way. Will take my business else where. read more

I was specifically quoted one price, dropped off all of my items, and was charged a higher price afterward. I was not given the courtesy of a phone call saying that some pieces were going to cost more. Also the person at the desk did not want to give me the quoted price to make up for their mistake. They do a great job and front counter employees are very pleasant! I definitely recommend them!

My boyfriend and I just spent $50.00 on shirts to be starched and dry cleaned. The collars on all his shirts are so awful and rolled down it is like a child did them and it is not a heavy starch which is what we paid for. As well as the shirt itself in the arms is all wrinkled and just beyond level of poor. They charge $2.00 a shirt, he burnt his shirt trying to fix there awful work. read more
