It's definitely bare bones inside, not super attractive... but they do a darn good job! For Nashville, prices aren't terrible. Relatively reasonable which I appreciate. Most dry cleaners clean your wallet out too. Convenient location on the corner of Edmonson/Old Hickory in Nippers Corner. One of my go to spots for this type of service. read more

Amazing cleaners on every item every time! The owners are super friendly and helpful.

This is the first time using Cotton Cleaners they did an excellent job cleaning my curtains. Thank you

I am writing an update to my review. I was contacted by this establishment and asked to try them again. I stand by my original review. I tried them again. I dropped off two black business suit skirts. It was really obvious where the ironing board marks were slightly made on one skirt. On the other the wrinkles were not ironed out on the waistband. I took some pictures, but it was easier to see the wrinkles and marks in person. 2 skirts cost $9.95. Note: A purchase under $10 must be paid by cash or check. You cannot pay by credit/debit card. read more

Amazing prices and great customer aervice! Always remembers my name.

I've been going to them for since moving to Nashville over 4 years ago. They've always been so nice and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. I'm the type to wait weekssss before picking up my dry cleaning and there's never an extra charge of issue. They're always so friendly and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. I've had them do dry cleaning, fix zippers and holes, get out tough stains...literally everything. I tend to come in with large amounts of clothing (dresses, suits, coats, blouses, rompers / jumpsuits, pants, skirts, gowns, designer clothing, etc). Definitely recommend Cotton Cleaners as your neighborhood dry cleaning service. read more

I have been using Cotton Cleaners services for two years now. My first encounter was when I needed a suit to be dry cleaned on the same day for a business presentation and the cleaners I was then using didn't have those services. The outcome exceeded my expectations and their pricing was so competitive I have only used this cleaner since. Furthermore, I love the fact that the staff have gotten to know me over the years and do a meticulous job on my suits with stitching. Hard working, honest owners with quality services! They have my recommendation. read more

They ruined a brand new white suit jacket and refuse to admit it or give me my money back or pay for it. It was covered in black streaks when I first got it. The owner blamed it on me at first saying that I asked for the jacket within a 24 hour turnaround. Then he blamed it on the fabric itself. They cleaned it once more, and now it is completely dull and there is discoloration around all the seams and pockets. I took it to two other cleaners to get second and third opinions and immediately upon showing them the jacket, without prompting them, they said they could tell it has been cleaned improperly. read more

I was really happy with my experience here. I just moved to Nashville from California and don't know a soul, so I gave this place a try at random. I had them do more than 10 dress shirts and 5 or 6 slacks. Everything was cleaned and starched perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Oh and it only took then 24 hours to complete my order. Thanks guys! read more

I had a mild panic attack when I thought they had lost my clothing, but no fear, they just had misspelled my name. I think it was just a language barrier. Efficiently priced and convenient to my Starbucks, Nail Salon, and Sweet Cece's addictions, I chose to give Cotton Cleaners a whirl. I was not disappointed at all. My clothes were well taken care of so in the end...NO COMPLAINTS! read more

My boyfriend absolutely loves this place. We have two cleaners in our community but he absolutely insists on going here. He said the other ones close too often, are not reliable on time or don't take the stain off all the way. During the time I've dropped off and picked up clothes here, I've never not seen them clean things off completely. I have noticed that sometimes if the stain is big or pretty severe, they do take longer to clean it but I think that is better that they'd rather do a perfect job than just give it back to you when the stain is not completely off. read more

Terrible experience all around. I'll start by saying I had a silk blouse cleaned here several years ago and got it back with a torn seam. I didn't pursue it with them, as I understood the material was fragile and mistakes happen. So I tried them again this week. I dropped off a tablecloth that had a small grease stain on it. I actually went over the tablecloth when I dropped it off to show the lady at the desk where the stain was, but there is some language barrier here and I wasn't sure she understood. I picked up the tablecloth today, and when I took it out, I noticed it was covered in new, small stains and spots, a couple tiny pulls in the cloth that had not been there previously, and a burn/tear right in the center. Completely ruined. I took it back to the shop to discuss solutions. A man, (owner/manager?), immediately raised his voice at me, telling me the tear was there when I dropped the cloth off. He denied any wrongdoing, and when I started pointing out the other damage, he said, "oh! Now you're talking about stains? We can't get EVERYTHING out," and started laughing at me. These were stains that didn't exist before he had the tablecloth. For some reason he looked me up in his system, saying it was my first time there, (also not true). Pretty soon I saw that he would continue to deny ruining the tablecloth and told him that I would be writing a negative review. He said, "Fine. Only God knows the truth," turned his back and walked away. Absolutely awful service and no way to handle a legitimate customer concern. I've never gone to a dry cleaner that didn't specifically point any issue an item might have to avoid this exact situation. read more

I've found this Cotton Cleaners to be very reliable and reasonably priced. The turnaround time is very quick - even with repaired hems, etc. Parking in this center can be a bit of a pain, but I like the service and results of the cleaners so I will continue to use them. read more

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I called yesterday and was quoated a price for mens dress shirts. Its not like they had to look at the fabric or anything. I called again today to make sure I knew exactly where it was located and again asked the price. When I arrived the woman told me the price and it was $.40 more per shirt because the shirts were a size 18 inch neck and anything over a 17 cost the higher price. I told her the price I was quoted on the phone yesterday and again today. And that I driven from Brentwood and was bringing in 32 shirts. I told her this was my first time coming in and wanted to try them out. She was quite rude about entire issue. I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere and left. This was the worst customer service I have encountered at a cleaning service. I would think she would honor that price to gain a new customer. read more

I have been going to Cotton Cleaners for my dry cleaning for years. Its a local Korean-run dry cleaners that is located at Nipper's Corner in the strip mall where Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and Starbuck's are located. The staff is always very friendly but kind in mind that their English skills are limited. The younger staff can speak English fluently though. However, I have never had an issue having them understand my needs. The turn around time is usually about 24 hours. I have never had any issue with the job they do cleaning my clothes. They are always impeccable. They are a little pricey but I think they are well worth it. Keep in mind that they will only accept cash for orders that total to less than $10. They will take credit and debit cards for all orders that total over that amount. I also participate in their VIP program which is a customer appreciation program where you get a discount after spending a certain amount of money there. That's really nice. read more

Dropped off my comforter to be washed (not dry cleaned). A few days after I brought it home I pulled it out and put it on my bed to find that the spot that had something spilled on it was still there and still smelled like it did before I dropped it off. I don't believe it was washed after paying $30 for them to put it in a washing machine. read more
