"Same-day service" is also an upcharge and a sham, and you'll leave much more broke than you were before. Quality of service is just fine, but the price for the quality is absolutely not wroth it. They're not one of the super-cheap pay in advance no drive thru type cleaners, but they're not the luxurious charge you more to clean something than you paid for it, either. Had one issue years ago, many years ago, that they were really up front about and they more than compensated me for the item of clothing in free dry cleaning. Things happen, I was fine.
