I later called and asked about their fluff and food service and gave them a try finally after the place I normally go to, lost and gave away a lot of my clothing accidentally (so they say)! Their fluff and fold service is probably the best I have ever used and I have been getting that service for about 10 years dating back to my Living in Los Angeles. I recommend them to anyone. That's ridiculous, especially considering there is no pricing "menu" posted, so you can't really debate them on what they ring you up for. "Same-day service" is also an upcharge and a sham, and you'll leave much more broke than you were before. Quality of service is just fine, but the price for the quality is absolutely not wroth it. Had one issue years ago, many years ago, that they were really up front about and they more than compensated me for the item of clothing in free dry cleaning. Things happen, I was fine.
