So, I've been utilizing the services of Heritage Cleaners since moving back to Nashville a little…read moreover a month ago. I've probably used them 4 times now, so I figure it is time for a review. My shirts are always pressed nicely, and I ask for light starch (and for once) it is actually light starch. They have not ruined any of my clothes, lost any of my clothes, and they are always personable. Additionally, they have not ruined of #1 wife's stuff either. She remembers my face and my name when I come into the store, and the owner (I assume) lady (the "she" without an antecedent above) is always present. As a bonus and kinda funny aside, I have two dogs - if you read my stuff you probably know this... anyhow, I wear a black jacket for winter. So, you guessed it; it has dog hair on it... all of the time. Every time I go in the store, she is always like, "You want me to roll you?" It just cracks me up that she wants to lint roll me while I'm in the store. I don't think she realizes that some people might find a offense at that (but it's cultural, she is just trying to be extra helpful). Love the lady to death... absolutely kills me when she breaks out the lint roller on me. (I don't let her roll me; just happens every time.) She even gave me one "for Christmas", she said.
