They also have great customer service, and they are willing to text/email you when your items are ready for pickup. They were very up front about the costs (handed me a flier with their costs per item upon my first visit to the cleaners), which I appreciated since they're definitely a bit costlier than the average dry cleaning service. So, no, this shouldn't be your spot if you're concerned about cost first. (Personally, i couldn't afford to take my clothes here regularly - but I don't dry clean everything - just special items on occasion). However, if green cleaning is important to you or if you want a dry cleaners that is going to take really good care of your clothes, you should consider Oakwood.
