I have been getting my Mother's prescription for Betahistidine filled at Kearney Park Pharmacy for…read moreabout a year (through her Doctor's Office). This compounded medication is specifically formulated for the management of Meniere's Disease. It has helped her so much. After a full year of intermittent and unpredictable attacks of full-blown tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, recurrent bouts of balance/coordination, and a thyroid goiter removal surgery on August 7th, 2025, she is doing well. The ability to ship to your home address is convenient. I am particularly impressed by my most recent telephone call and experience with Melanie. Mom and I are going to be traveling out of the country and she will run out of Betahistidine in Mid-July, so I wanted to make sure she had enough medication until we return home. Melanie patiently answered my questions over the phone about my Mom's prescription, explained the various shipping options, and waited until the transaction for the refill went through. I always choose 2-Day Fed Ex and the medication should be arriving by tomorrow by the end of the day. I will continue to have my Mother's prescriptions filled here as long as she is seeing her current Healthcare Provider.

The technician first asked if I was a current CPAP user, and after getting a read on my knowledge level (I'd call it pretty advanced), he very deftly adjusted his instructions for the new machine, focusing on the differences between it and my current machine. After the sale, they were very good with following up by phone for supplies and to make sure everything was going OK. This was definitely the best experience I've had with a durable medical equipment company, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing DME.

The person on the line found the order but reported that the person who took it never submitted it. Fine, let's try again. Again a few weeks go by and nothing shows up. I call back. This time they were out of some of the supplies. But they could send the little air filters. Yes, please, I said. And they promised to back order and ship the rest. Almost a month goes by and finally the little filters show up. I call and the other stuff is still on back order. I start using old supplies I've saved and forget about the order. I call in August. Still back ordered but coming soon! In September they finally send a letter. They have sold my account to another company called Verus. The stuff I've been waiting for since my first call? Not going out. I have to call this other company, now, to get it. I suspect that they knew all along that they couldn't fill my order but needed to keep as many names as possible for the transfew. That's dirty.

They told us the brace would be ready in 10 days it is now three weeks and they say we cannot pick it up and till next week since the fitting guy is out of the office. They refuse to let me pick up the brace I already paid for. They also stated that they gave us a call last Friday and left a message, but conveniently enough there is no message on our phone. I would suggest finding an alternative, but if you use them do so at your own risk. They definitely have a pattern of poor service. M-Power Prosthetics appears to be a better option, but I do not have personal experience with them. Best of luck!
