I drove in 70 miles from rural north east Texas; filled out the paper work-- talked about my needs and was assured they had not only the meds I need but the amounts I need. Plus they would deliver to my door step via UPS. The first 6 months went well- then things got "sloppy". I had to change my credit card on file because my accounts were compromised due to identity theft. I called and gave them the new card info. For two months in a row MY FILE was not "updated" and new card was not added. This month I called and asked if there would be an "issue"-finially they updated my file. I was told my Testosterone had already shipped--which was odd. I usually get the 200 ml bottle not the single dose bottles (those are a pain!). I returned home from out of town work and found they botched the Testosterone- they sent single dose not the larger 3 month supply. I guess nobody bothers to question "why" such a dramatic change occures suddonly in a med like this- Ive been on Testosterone replacement since my early 40s--only in Texas have I had so much NEEDLESS drama when filling my meds. Pennsylvania and California was never this difficult! Even the US Army got it right! This is just sloppy work--usully they do a good job but now for whatever reason they are having problems--healthcare is to important for mistakes and sloppy work
