Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. Not to say the helmet was bad, but for what I needed, it did not do the trick. I contacted Lindsay at the store and asked if I could exchange and upgrade. She told me sure! And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour. Every time I go in to this location, the team is spot on Tyler runs a good ship there and I am very impressed all the years I've been going there. But what I thought was going to be a stressful morning, turned out to be a breeze thanks to Hunter and Lindsay!!! Top notch service as always!!!

After a kind couple's attempt to jump the car didn't work, we were feeling pretty stuck--until we realized we were literally across the street from an O'Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that's when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn't stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Today Chris was in the store. I recognized him from previous visits. He always provides a warm welcome as soon as my feet cross the threshold of the entrance. Chris is an exceptional Auto Parts expert and works very quickly at getting what I need. Chris also takes the time to provide educational details on the different options. I needed a headlight bulb because if it's not a fog light it's my headlight bulbs blowing after a few years. The joys of vehicle ownership! Chris was kind enough to put the bulb in for me.
