They rolled up to our location and their friendly team worked diligently to bring out some of the tastiest mud bugs I've ever had. The crawfish were nice sized and seasoned to perfection. You could taste a hint of citrus from the boil along with the excellent spices. They were delicious. They paired nicely with the corn and potatoes. We also had their boiled shrimp which were also delicious. Our interactions with the staff were memorable as well. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We will definitely be putting C and M on our list for whenever we are in the area!

Though topped with fried onions and pickles, you can taste the beef which made the burger more enjoyable. Sometimes, when a burger has a lot of toppings, the ingredients overpower the beefy taste. This is not the case with this one. The toppings complimented the beef. Definitely recommend this dish! Both entrees were served with Cajun fries which were good and crispy. For dessert, we ordered one serving of beignets (3.25 stars) with our coffee. They were three beignets generously sprinkled with powered sugar. They were hot and fresh however they were slightly small. Also the beignets were more square instead of round. It was flaky, but was slightly doughy. They were enjoyable with the coffee. It was even better by dipping the Beignets into the coffee. The chicory flavor of the coffee gave a slight bitterness to the beignets. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and the chill atmosphere of Biscuits and Blues. Looking forward and trying their other dishes. Especially when they have live music during evening time. I like to get flavors from locally owned places! Fortunately when scanning through Yelp I found Planet Thailand, situated in downtown Natchez. I easily found my way there, and parking was available for me right outside, so no issues there. However, walking in the door, it turned out the place was kind of slammed! Multiple big parties were seated, and the two servers were definitely in the weeds. I was still seated in relatively short order, and sat perusing the menu for a while before my order was taken. I didn't have any problem with this, as I didn't have anything else to do for the evening except go back to my hotel room. I ordered the tom yum soup and the red curry. I tried to order the summer rolls as well, but they were off the menu for the evening due to how busy things were. I understood that... they are time consuming to make and things were a bit insane at the time. The tom yum soup is an interesting dish, and very regional it seems. I don't think I have ever been to two different restaurants where it is made the same. In this case, they had chopped up baby corn in the soup, which is something I have never experienced before. It wasn't bad... just different. The red curry was pretty standard fare. No one ever believes me when I ask for it thai hot, and I always seem to have to add more chili to it to bring it up to my standards... this was no different, much to the horror of my server. The only complaint I had was that one of the servers (not mine, thankfully) had a voice that was a bit on the loud side, and his method of dealing with patrons was, shall we say, uncouth. It was not the kind of service experience I would ever want in a restaurant like this... perhaps it would work in a diner that has a reputation for loud and abrasive service as a theme, but not in a Thai restaurant.
