They were able to get us checked in within 45 minutes, and from the moment we arrived we were met with the absolute best service. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. We also enjoyed time at the bar (highly recommend the espresso martinis!), had a great dinner at the restaurant, and were so impressed with how immaculately clean and comfortable the room was. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We truly cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the people who work there. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The décor is everything--modern, stylish, and full of character. We were instantly intrigued by the self-check-in process. I've never checked myself into a hotel before, and honestly, it was different in the best way--quick, easy, and kinda fun! When we walked into the room, my first reaction was, "This is cute!" It's definitely cozy--a small space with a king-sized bed and a bathroom that gives cruise ship vibes--but I loved it! Everything was well-designed and functional. One of my favorite parts? The location. It's literally on Lincoln Road, so you're right in the middle of everything. My stay was short, so I didn't get to hit the pool or check out the bar, but both looked super inviting. There are plenty of desks and workspaces throughout the hotel, so if you're traveling solo--especially for business or remote work--this is a perfect spot. Now, I won't lie--the room setup meant I had to climb over my mate to get to the bathroom, which wasn't ideal, but we made it work because we genuinely loved the vibe. If you're considering staying at CitizenM--go for it. It's a fun, modern hotel that's perfect for a short Miami getaway. I'd definitely stay again!

As someone traveling from another state, I believe I should have been compensated for my taxi fare, at the very least. My cousin/travel agent gave me three places to choose from. Initially I choose a location in the Brickell district since it was so close to the port and some influencers suggested the location. However, when I paid, my travel agent informed me that the rate went up. I decided to not chance another sudden rate change and go with Lincoln Arms. So glad I did! If you want space, peace, and quiet, this place does it. Plus the decor is so charming- you'll feel like you're at home. From the dining table to the bathroom, this little oasis is just what I needed to really relax before going on my cruise. Although I was not cooking a thing on vacation, LAS would be a perfect location for all kinds of groups. The kichnette even has pots for you to use if you wanted to cook and appliances like a fridge, toaster and microwave to use during your stay. I loved the luggage table where I could just put my luggage on and not have to take things out and worry about putting them back in the next morning. I will say the closet needs work. First off the mirror slash closet doors did not open easily. The closet also needs better hangers. Even if I wanted to, the hangers did not have the notches to reallly keep items on the hanger. The other negative was the doors to the suite. I'm use to at least having a chain lock on the doors. I saw doors because there was another door to the suite that did open and it too did not have a chain lock. I know Amazon sells some items that you could utilize to heighten the safety of your room when traveling, but who wants to use their vacation time installing locks?! I did feel safe here but I thought I would share in case that's a deal breaker for anyone. I really enjoyed the bathroom. Just the right size with products to use. It felt like a spa the way it was decorated. The beds were comfy too, just a little low to the floor. By all means, this stay was beyond expectation, but top it with the hydration station on the first floor and a coffee bar on the 2nd and this was spectacular. The rooftop sun deck and the sitting areas in the front of the property just scream rest and relaxation. If you're looking for an out the ordinary stay that's one of a kind, this is where you want to go. Plus, I forgot my water bottle when I checked out. Luckily I had given myself 30 minutes to wait for my Uber and was seated in the sitting area waiting for my Uber. They found me and gave me my water bottle personally. That's more than customer service- that's customer care! Thanks LAS for accomodating me and kicking off my vacation right! Whenever I'm in Miami, I will definetly make you my first option and will refer this place to others.

I have so many memories in this hotel that walking through the doors brings back an entire collection of nights, people, music and experiences. I've been to some incredible galas there, along with parties launching major liquor, wine and cigar brands, and I loved everything about those nights. I loved the people, I loved the music, I loved the energy, and I loved being surrounded by that beautiful old Miami Beach glamour. I actually dug deeper into the history of The National because I wanted to understand why I have such a strong attachment to this particular hotel. It opened in 1939 and was designed by Roy France, one of the architects who helped shape the Miami Beach skyline. What really struck me is that through its renovations, the hotel has continued to preserve so much of what made it special in the first place. The terrazzo floors, chrome fixtures, curved Art Deco details, the original architectural character and that incredibly long pool are still part of the experience. It was fully restored in 2014 and has continued to update its rooms and amenities without wiping away the personality of the original hotel. I can walk into The National and immediately feel like I'm in Miami Beach, not some newly manufactured version of Miami Beach. Even with all the changes that have happened around it, this hotel still has that elegance and sexiness that I remember. The music, the pool, the bar, the Art Deco details, the people coming and going, the whole atmosphere just works for me. I recently walked back into the hotel for my birthday and all of those old memories were still there for me, mixed in with whatever was happening that night. Even with the new and completely reinvented Delano right next door, I keep coming back to The National. I know the Delano has just gone through a massive renovation and reopened in 2026, but personally, I don't love what they've done with it. For me, it changed too much of the feeling that made the Delano special. The National doesn't make me feel that way. I walk through those doors and I still feel the elegance, the music, the energy and the memories, and that's exactly why I keep coming back.

The bellhops were so sweet and helped us to our room. We had booked a king room and it was a corner unit, which was nice. The other odd thing is that the bathroom door (which was on a hinge system) was a little wonky and didn't close all the way (it closed like 90% of the way). The hotel itself is really beautifully decorated and I loved all the details from the wallpaper to the furniture. The rooftop area and pool were cute (though we didn't spend any real time up there). We did pop into the bamboo room which is a cute cocktail bar in the hotel and we had breakfast at the sunshine cafe both mornings, and the food and drinks were pretty solid. The room was relatively small, but large windows opened to fresh air, making the space much more enjoyable. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a gorgeous shower, and the beds were comfortable. After a few fairly wild nights out, it provided exactly the landing place we needed.
