Dr Hagan and his nurse and receptionist work together as a team of professionals that for me personally have been life saving mental and physically Dr Hagan is like the troubleshooting mechanic for your body finding out what broke is what the doctor does by knowing how to read blood test and x-rays 2 key instaments the good doctor uses because of all that experience Your survival rate is doubled and because the doctor is a pro at reading blood test and x ray she going to find what's wrong Now do you have the courage to do exactly what the doctor and nurse asks them your in good hands. No one's perfect but I'll trust Mr Hagan for my health needs . The new building is easy to find the parking lots of full go behind it to next parking lot or go to the library.very clean bathroom with tp and hot and soapy water with paper towels.how convenient Mr Hagan got that office it shows he cares about his clients because of it's not far from his former office. His nurse is busy with you and 10 others so she's fast and getting greeted by the receptionist is like family when I have an appointment it's nice when you get older because because all of a sudden you have issues and it's good to know your health care workers are like family because it's scary sometimes but the doctors staff eliminate fear fear kills. read more

Dr. Hagan is an excellent physician! He is caring and kind and really listens to his patients. I am blessed to have him for my physician. This office has a lot of patients to help and care for sometimes the wait isn't because they don't care about the patients it's because they have many of them. Doctor Hagan, listens very well, he does all that he can as a doctor to figure out what is going with our health. He sends patients to specialist and that really can help to get answers when we are feeling really because of some health conditions. Anyways Dr. Hagan is an outstanding Doctor. read more

Although Dr Hagan is a nice doctor, he has an incompetent staff. They are slow, lack education, never get anything done as promised. Forget to call in vital and serious medications. When informed that stopping certain drugs can be life threatening they brush it off. Currently been waiting 8 days for an asthma medication while having labored breathing and asthma attacks. Run don't walk away from the office. read more

Switched to this doctor after having a terrible and traumatic experience with another dr he has taken my complicated case and has made me feel so comfortable.. I believe they moved to a new spot, but when I was there the air conditioning was out and it was uncomfortable waiting in the shabby lobby for almost an hour. I would give my physician, Dr. Benjamin 5 stars. We had a cancer scare and she was on top of it immediately getting me in the same day to talk a specialist. I was recommended to go to this office by my chiropractor in order to find a doctor that could help get me on the right track for permanent chronic pain management. Initially he helped me out with some pain meds and then referred me to a pain management specialist. I wasn't able to get an appointment at the pain management specialist for a few months and after dealing with the pain on my own for a couple of months I made an appointment to see Dr. Hagan for some help in the meantime. When I returned to his office it was like he had never seen me before and had no clue about my medical situation or any of the previous conversations we had. I have two bulged discs in my neck and degenerative stenosis that will one day require surgery. I am only 39 years old and need to keep working in order to provide for my family and even a spine specialist recommended that I wait to have the surgery. I have been taking half of the recommended dose of Norco for several years and have never needed more than that. Muscle relaxers make me very tired and only "treat" the pain by making me fall asleep. Nowadays doctors are so afraid of losing their license they are forced to neglect patients that could actually benefit from pain meds and aren't a high risk of becoming addicted. When I told him about how much my quality of life had decreased in the last couple months without having the meds that work for me, he told me he would recommend blood work and refer me to psychiatrist. A psychiatrist. He had already ordered blood work previously and determined that my labs look really good because I am cognizant of my diet and exercise regularly. With the amount of pain I've been in recently I haven't been able to work out as much as usual and am in constant pain. Their "computers were down" and I doubt he actually took the time to review my MRI which clearly shows I am dealing with pain. If you want someone to actually help you and take the time to know your situation I'd look elsewhere. read more

Dr Hagan is such a great doctor, so great that he is overloaded with patients. Ive been with him for years now. Only problem was a nurse named "sadie". She was very rude and greatly unprofessional. since she is gone now the office runs more efficiently. The office could use a serious makeover (lol)... Dr Hagan is great once you get to see him. It's all the other stuff that's unbearable. If you don't make an appointment right when the office opens be prepared to wait at least an hour. The last time I waited over 2 hours and still wasn't called so I asked the front desk how much longer and she said another hour to hour and half. I could stay because I had to pick up my kids from school so I had to reschedule which was another 2 weeks. Their urgent care/walk-in stinks too! You can only get a walk-in from 5-6:00pm. Oh and don't think you will get called back with any kind of test results. I had blood work done, no call back so I assumed everything was fine. Went back for a regular checkup and turned out that the doctor was concerned about my numbers. Geez good thing it wasn't an immediate life threatening problem or I would have died already!!!! read more

Dr. Hagan is a excellent doctor. The problem is his staff never does their job. If he writes a prescription they don't call it in. Every single time I went to pick it up they forgot to call it in. If you are referred to a specialist they forget to submit it and take forever when they finally do. Example: I went in with a severe cramp in my side. He asked his staff order a MRI immediately and have her seen. When I showed up at the office to get the MRI they didn't receive a call from them or any paperwork. They couldn't get ahold of anyone at his office. I spent another 2 hours trying to get a hold of Dr. Hagan and ended up driving back to his office again. I sat and waited because he was out to lunch and finally after waiting another 2 hours in his office they called it in. Went to do the MRI shortly after I ended up going into surgery and had my appendix removed This is one of very many issues I had with his office. I was patient for 5 years and I finally had to leave, because of his awful staff. read more

FIRE Dr. ANTHONY PINNER .....This is my 6th time here for urgent care. 5 times I have came in with a cough and they prescribe me anti-inflammatory drugs which I continue to tell them don't work. Today I walked in with a fractured vertebrae and the staff was very kind with helping me and asking me what the problem was and when I told her about my fracture and that my current medication was no help and that I didn't want to waste more money, she said that the doctor will give me something new for the pain. However, when I saw Dr. Pinner, he told me that there was nothing they can do about my back pain and that I would have to go back to my primary doctor and they would have to refer me to pain management in order to receive any new medication. Once I found out that I was getting absolutely no help after already paying my whole copay, I kindly asked if I can have my refund since I gave them my money just for the lazy Dr. Pinner to tell me I have to go elsewhere. I tried explaining that I wasn't aware they couldn't do anything to help me with my pain and I could have simply called to get that information and he rudely said "you should've!". He then started accusing me of being drug seeking and coming in wanting narcotics and he pulled out a prescription paper and asked me how many norcos I wanted which was quite offensive and before I could even reply he said "oh well because you're not getting any!" He then says goodbye and walks into the back room. They need to have this man fired and recruit doctors that will actually put effort into doing their job instead of doing their best to get the patient out of there ASAP. read more

My husband needed a follow up appointment after a motorcycle accident. Our HMO assigned us to Dr. Hagan. When I called to set up the follow up, as the emergency room doctor had directed, we were told there were no appointments available for two weeks! I explained that he was injured in an accident and needed to get in ASAP, but they said that had nothing open. I asked if they would be willing to call in a refill for his pain prescription, if he ran out during this ridiculously long wait. I was then informed that they ran an urgent care in their office and he could come anytime and sit in the waiting room to see the doctor. What??? No appointments for 2 weeks or come in anytime to the urgent care? As it turns out, when his pain meds ran out he was OK to take a few over the counter ibuprofen and hold out until his appointment. After waiting the 2 weeks for his appointment, they left him in the waiting room for 2 1/2 HOURS!!! What is the point of an appointment? He never even saw the Doctor, just a nurse practitioner. Then, to top it off, he was denied a referral to an orthopedist even though he has continuing pain in his hip, knee, and ankle from a hit and run motorcycle accident where his bike was totaled.
