The visit wait times some times, but not all the time, can be up to 30-45mins. I think this is just a result of how popular the doctors have become at this facility. I was in a life threatening aviation crash, with multiple injuries. My experience was "No Assistance" at all from my primary care physician. Just one example, when an at Home Nursing Supervisor called Dr. Pan at his office looking for a referral. (I was in serious pain at the time) Instead of a referral to a specialist, she was told to go the Emergence Room instead. Sitting 6-8 hours in a ER, which would then need to refer me to a specialist is my opinion "Mal Practice". A quote during an office visit, by Dr. Pan, was "I can not make any money referring out patients". This physician is OK if you never get more than a cough and cold. But if you need a Medical Advocate to assist with the Specialist Referrals, this NOT a physician for you.

Absurdity at its finest!…read more Had a zoom appointment scheduled for a specific time. After being on the zoom call for 10 min prior and then waited 40 min for the doctor to no show me, I left the zoom call. Approximately 1.5 hours after my appointment, quality life group calls me to let me know I "no showed" the zoom call. They noted me in the waiting room, waiting 45 min past my appointment, but then leaving. Unfortunately, I have work and other priorities. Don't book my appointment if the doctor can't show up in a timely manner. Unfortunately, quality life group send it right to collections, arguing that I need to wait for the doctor now matter how long I have to wait. It's absolutely ridiculous that QLG has the audacity to bill me for a no show, but can't get their act together, or their scheduling. No, I still won't pay it!

Not to mention they charged me $171.52 for a routine office visit, they received $108 which left $63.48 outstanding. If I paid cash their office visit fee would have only been $60 so not only did they get almost double from my insurance, it wasn't enough and instead greedily charged me more and then allegedly tried to reach me for more money. No other respectable Doctor I've ever known has done this in my over40 + years. I would reconsider before going to such a dishonest physician. I tried to fix this by paying my bill and asking for their help in resolving this matter regardless of who's fault it was, however, they REFUSE to make things right on their end and they cannot even prove I really owed this amount to boot! Now I have to have my attorney sue them in order to even get anywhere with this unethical practice. I hope I'm not the only person this has happened to so Dr. Crumpton will lose business.
