It is truly despicable to put such a small bill on someone's credit because they missed knowing that they had an outstanding balance. This has RUINED my chances at a business loan, a home loan & a car loan. My perfect credit was ruined because of a greedy Doctor that has the nerve to lie and say they tried calling me. I am appalled at such disgusting behavior over less than $100 after going to this doctor for a significant period of time. Not to mention they charged me $171.52 for a routine office visit, they received $108 which left $63.48 outstanding. If I paid cash their office visit fee would have only been $60 so not only did they get almost double from my insurance, it wasn't enough and instead greedily charged me more and then allegedly tried to reach me for more money. No other respectable Doctor I've ever known has done this in my over40 + years. I would reconsider before going to such a dishonest physician. I tried to fix this by paying my bill and asking for their help in resolving this matter regardless of who's fault it was, however, they REFUSE to make things right on their end and they cannot even prove I really owed this amount to boot! Now I have to have my attorney sue them in order to even get anywhere with this unethical practice. I hope I'm not the only person this has happened to so Dr. Crumpton will lose business. That's what's warranted at this point. Maybe then he'll hire staff that can perform ethically. read more

Finally able to get into Dr. Crumpton's office. I haven't seen a doctor in years and so I wanted to get a check up. He was very personable, funny and made me feel comfortable. Nicole and Holly, the nurse practitioners are so wonderful. I see Nicole for most my visits and she always makes it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking around for a new doctor. read more

I've only met with Dr. Crumpton twice-once for my physical and the second for a follow up to go over results of my blood work. I definitely feel comfortable with his medical opinion and evaluation. What impressed me most was how he took time to talk to me about other things other than my health. I liked that he didn't seem to be in a rush to get me out the door just to get to the next patient. He took time to talk to me, was very casual, and very relaxed. He spent equal time talking to me about non-health issues as he did to talk to me about my health and history. Dr. Crumpton is one of the best doctors I've had! I have been seeing him for over 10 years! With anything from a common cold to even more serious issues. He is very knowledgable, super nice and always takes his time to listen to your needs and explain everything to you in great detail. Jennifer, one of his nurse practitioners is wonderful too! 11/30/20 Got my prescriptions today,insurance expires! pharmacy said B/P meds were not refilled. Pharmacy called but asked me to call also, I called Dr. Crumpton's office left message, recording said they would return my call as of 5:39pm, I have not received a call back . So I guess now B/P meds will be once a week as opposed to every day, till I can figure out how to pay for insurance & get a refill! Love the Doctors, have issues with the front desk receptionist, Angie.  I needed a form filled out so I called the office and spoke with Angie.  For some reason Angie thought I wanted my visit dates changed on these forms.  She told me the office will not PERJURE themselves for me!  WOW!  The office manager Vanessa, and Doctor Nicole were able to LISTEN to what I needed and work this out.  I wrote a letter to the office and Dr. Crumpton himself and have not heard a word!  It's a shame that such a great group of Doctors and staff have such an awful woman representing them. read more

This place has such outrageous billing. I came in just for a checkup and they charged my card for $60 for an office visit (that's why the front desk clerk told me). Two months later, i received another bill for $80 because they claimed that the office what a comprehensive visit? and the $25 for a pregnancy test? I didn't even want to take the pregnancy test because i was sure that i was not pregnant. But the NP insisted that i take it since i was already there. I could have purchased a $8 test from CVS. When i called the office to inquire about the bill, the receptionist told me that they will not make any adjustment. I will not be coming here again because the service is the same as other doctors' office that i've been too. If you want to be charged with an arm and a leg for one simple visit, then you can check them out. read more

I've been going to Dr. Crumpton's office for almost 10 years; before Yelp was created. I have found the entire staff to be kind, helpful and extremely prompt. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see the doctor or nurse practioners which is a huge plus. They all do thorough exams and take the time necessary to get to the root cause of the problem, not just fix symptoms. They take the time necessary to find out everything they can about my problem, the way doctoring used to be. I couldn't be happier and have told countless people about their office. My entire family are now patients of Dr. Crumpton, nurse practioners Holly, Jennifer and Sharon. We couldn't be happier!!! read more
