Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Ken and Juan introduced themselves, took a quick look at the task at end, and immediately went to work. Both of these guys were extremely professional, friendly, and unbelievably detail oriented. They dealt with our belongings with extreme care and if they were unsure about anything they made sure to ask and did not assume anything. They even went above and beyond by helping me take my TV mount off of the wall and assisted me in putting it back on the stand (TV is too heavy for my to do on my own). When we arrived at the townhouse everything was unloaded and set up in the blink of an eye. Ken and Juan's teamwork and coordination is second to none and is a key contributor to their efficiency. They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful

Them and 4 other companies all estimated the same weight and volume based on the packing list. I decided to go with US Express Relocation because they were the best price and were able to say "We will pick up on this day" rather than a set of 3 days so my father (pick up location) wouldn't missed extra work. They arrived on time and went to work. They were loaded quickly and provided the final weight ticket and honored the price/lb (even though my dad added a few boxes I didn't account for or tell them about!). It went to the warehouse for 2 nights then was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys- Noel and Daniel were awesome! Everything was wrapped in blankets thoroughly! The guys were very careful with our new walls and set up our furniture beautifully. When we couldn't find the finials (pieces at top of posts of headboards) they looked everywhere for them and even called the guys who packed us up. The ones who packed us that they were wrapped in blankets and secured separately to protect them and said exactly where they were. The guys weren't going to leave until they were located, even know I know they had places to be. They wanted us to be happy and in the end we were more than happy with their hard work! Lastly, Ben, the owner, has been more than helpful as I need special things for filling out the military paperwork. When a scan wasn't clear enough for the approving person, he went back in his records, pulled the file and sent me photos. I'm overhaul very pleased with US Express Relocation's service and thankful that they protected my things and were so prompt. Moving is never easy, but they lessened the stress of it!
