In other words, I've moved more than a few times, and have worked with many moving companies; good and not so good. When I met Leo, I was faced with the most unwanted and emotionally difficult move of all. A judge had granted an order two days beforehand, despite my appeals, that my home of fifteen years (the only home my daughters had ever known) was to be sold as terms of my divorce. The girls and I were to vacate the premises without delay. Leo appeared at my doorstep the morning of a day I wish to forget. Aware of my circumstances, I greeted him at my front door with despair; and certainly unprepared. I hadn't packed even a single box. Leo was the grim reaper to me at that fateful moment. This was my first time hiring professional movers and I am SO happy with MoveMe24! I had been in my old place for 7 years, and had accumulated a lot of stuff. We packed ourselves, but we knew we'd need to call in the pros to move us into our new place. We did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes and MoveMe24 was by far the most affordable. They got us on the schedule on relatively short notice (~3 weeks before our move date) and were extremely professional while we got things set up. On our move date, Dylan and Andrew arrived on time and ready to go. We were kind of in disarray--most of our things were packed but we had hit the "throwing random things into bags" stage. Both the movers were efficient and helped us organize everything so that it could all be moved safely. They were both masked and stayed as COVID-safe as possible, and were also both really kind and friendly. Our new place has two flights of stairs to get up, and they handled them really well. I purchased a set of mahogany french doors with two side lights; very heavy doors. The doors were to be delivered to the SF location and I had arranged for them to be picked up the next day on Saturday. The doors never arrived on Friday so my pick-up had to be re-arranged for the following Thursday. I had called three local movers but I never received a call back. Being busy coordinating a renovation and working full time I didn't start looking for a mover until the day before the doors had to be picked up. I left a message for Diego and he called me back within 5 minutes. We arranged the pick up of the doors and their delivery to my home in Montara, on the coast. They were delivered without a scratch and my contractor, who was at my home to accept he delivery, asked Diego if he and his guys could remove a cast iron wood stove from one of the rooms that was being renovated. The stove was moved to my garage and all in all, they were professional, efficient, and I will not hesitate to recommend Diego to friends and to use him in the future if I need something moved or delivered. read more

First things first - these guys are professional. Let me explain. I scheduled my move for today. The foreman made me call and informed in advance about the arrival window. You know how bad the staircase could be. And my stairs were about the worst ones. But my movers seem, there is no staircase at all, that how fast they do their job. All my stuff was managed inside the truck super safely using the straps. I heard from my friends some other guys are cheating a little bit, for example, they drive not so fast and increase their business time. But the driver of my movers today was a real professional. He was on the spot at the exact time the google maps showed me. The unloading the truck was fast as well. These guys even help me to place my stuff at the exact place I want. They did not damage or even scratches. I recommend this company for every move in the bay area. read more

We just moved on February 3rd, this was the first time with MoveMe24.  They were awesome communicators from start to finish.  I submitted my request for a quote online, and no joke, I had a phone immediately.  Setting all up was super easy.  They reminded me about the move, one day in advance which put my mind at rest. The two guys showed up at the agreed time, extremely professional, introduced themselves and misused no time in emptying my unit.  None of my items were damaged or scratched.  I can't say that the previous companies were ideal as MoveMe24. They treated with caution every part of my apartment. They also had extra packing supplies available for the last moment purchase, which was wonderful. These guys are very pedantic. I had a team of two movers - Sergey and Valentin, and these guys made a really great job helping me pack my belongings and making sure everything is safely transported, including providing the padding and shrink wrap. Everything was done really professionally and fast - they estimated 3 hours of work, but we're done in less than 2.5. They also disassembled and then put together my bed, so I am overall very satisfied with the service, and would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move. These guys are flat out awesome. We moved from Oakland to SF and the entire move was incredibly seamless and quick. Not only did they show up early to our apartment to start the process but they took excellent care with our boxes and furniture. We ran into troubles trying to fit our couch into the apartment but Diego was able to find a way to dissemble the couch and fit it into the apartment so that we wouldn't have to get rid of it. He then reassembled the couch where we wanted and it looks perfect. I would recommend Diego and his team to anyone moving in the Bay Area! read more

I hired MoveMe24 to move a three bedroom house to another three bedroom house in Mill Valley. Yury, Semen, Rustam and Aztom did an amazing job. They took the time to wrap and protect all of our furniture before it went into the truck. They were fast, efficient and focused. The roads were narrow and challenging in the moving truck but not a problem for these guys. The unloading was quick and efficient and they worked as a team to reassemble the beds and set up everything just the way we wanted it. I highly recommend their services. Valentin and Sergey helped me move last weekend. I highly recommend! They were on time, and took excellent care of my belongings. They wrapped all of my furniture and still got finished in good time. I was moving out of a 4th floor apartment with stairs going into the building and a very small elevator going to the 4th floor. So, not an easy task. And the place I moved into was up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator)! They worked very hard and I appreciate the care they placed into their job with me on what can sometimes be a very stressful day. Diego and his crew helped me to move my stuff from the ABF terminal in Alameda to San Francisco (9th floor). Initially I was worried if I should rely on a guy from craigslist whom I had never met, but when I arrived they were already waiting for me, with all the necessary equipment. Although they charged per hour, they tried to finish the job as fast as possible (while being careful not to damage anything). Their rate was very reasonable, and they saved me both time and money.
