Be very careful if you decide to use this company. They made my dad who's nearly 70 years old back the car off of the truck! Not only was this dangerous but highly unprofessional and unexpected. My car was also damaged during the move. After being strung along for nearly a month, I decided to give up in trying to get my car fixed. This company is professional, communicative, and thorough. I chose them because they were recommended by the moving company that I was using (Spartan Van Lines, also highly reviewed above most other moving companies), and it turned out that they had awesome/positive reviews among a sea of horrible/negative reviews in this industrys along with horror stories (vehicle never being picked up, etc.) I had a large move from CA to PA o I needed assurance of quality. The moving company that was using (Spartan Van Lines a great company), recommended this car moving company, which also seemed to be well reviewed like Spartan. The price was affordable and similar to other quotes that I received, if not cheaper. Like most companies, the hard part is that they give you the 7-14 day window which means that you may be without a car for a while at your new destination, but that seems to be a normal part of the process, especially with long range moves. Customer service was great and explained all details. They then gave me plenty of reminders about pickup day, and then plenty of reminders about estimated delivery days and times as I was waiting. It was nice to have that info for planning sake. Everyone was friendly from the initial call, pickup, and delivery. The car arrived in 10 days, seems fair for a cross country move, and it was in fine shape. A heads up that they prefer to pickup/deliver to places like store parking lots with lots of room, versus residential streets/locations. Understandable given the size of the truck they use, but just be sure to plan to have someone that can pick you up from the drop off place and also drive you to the pickup location. I contracted All American to transport my car from the Bay Area to Madison, WI. Overall the experience was pretty good with a few hiccups along the way. Arranging for transport was easy enough. Justin and Marge were able to answer all my questions. The minor issues I encountered were associated with transport. My car was picked up a day late. This was not a big deal for me because the driver was pretty good about letting me know where he was. He was also very careful when it came to loading my car. After that, it was a a little stressful trying to figure out when the car would be delivered. Eventually, I found out that the transporter was having some mechanical issues. Understandably, the car would be delivered a day late. The followup communication from this point on was prompt. I ended up having to pay 1 extra day on my rental car, but if my car had not showed up, All American offered to pay for any additional days. Definitely appreciate the gesture. I had a perfect experience with Justin and All American Trucking & Transport! I've never written a review here, so I hope it posts to their YELP page forever. We had to transport or drive a car to our daughter attending college in Dallas, and I had no idea a week ago how to make this happen. Driving ourselves was going to be costly and time consuming, with hotels, wear and tear on car, and logistics. After looking online and calling a number of sketchy individuals who said they transported cars (some with credentials I couldn't search or find online - the only info I could find about one alleged car transport company was a Russian Facebook page!) I finally used YELP to find a moving or car transport service, and found All American. After reading all the great reviews I decided they were the real deal. By the time I talked to Justin I'd spent a whole morning making calls and had little faith in the industry. I had a LOT of questions. He put me at ease and clearly explained the process, timeframe, where they were, and costs. Justin also offered to meet with my husband and I when we dropped off the car, which was really nice gesture since it looked like he was extremely busy. Justin corresponded with us over the weekend to assure us the car was on its way. We knew from our daughter that it was delivered a day early, and Vlad the driver offered to meet her at work to drop off the car. It could not have been a more smooth and prompt transaction. Justin followed up with us to let us know the car had been delivered just in case we had other questions. While the transport was $200 more than other quotes, I knew that my car wouldn't end up stripped in another town and that delivery would be made to my daughter in daylight and at a location they could both agree on. We had contact during the entire process, and Justin could not have been nicer answering all of our concerns. I had a great experience with this company. My car arrived in a very timely manner and had positive interactions with all representatives of the company. The drop off in Burlingame and transportation to SFO were easy and efficient. It was a real bonus to be able to drop off the car and go straight to the airport. And once the car was loaded, it arrived on the east coast in only 4 days. There was a slight delay in its loading due to bad weather, but I knew what to expect because the customer service representative was in touch with me regularly. The truck driver called me the day before to let me know what time to expect the car. He phoned midday the day of delivery to confirm our time and place of meeting. After reading so many reviews and horror stories on yelp I was very worried about shipping our car. I am very glad we chose All American. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We shipped our car from LA to Boston. When we first contacted All American we gave them a 3 day window that we want our car to be picked up. About a week before our car was picked up, they contacted us saying that next week the driver would contact us one day before he would pick up the car (on one of the three days). He called us and next day (on the first day of 3 day window) he came to pick up the car. He took pictures of the car and answered our questions. Our car arrived exactly in 9 days! One day before our car arrived, the driver called us and gave the exact time and place where he would meet us. He met with us in a mall that is very close to our apartment. We received the car in the exact same condition we left it. I cannot believe this went so smoothly. I also want to express that everyone - the first driver who picked up the car, the driver who delivered it, the two people we talked to arrange everything - they were very nice and professional. We had to change the delivery address so we had to exchange e-mails a couple of times. Our calls and e-mails were answered promptly, new work order with the new address was sent to us right away. I created an account just to comment on this business. I wanted to ship a car from California to Illinois and my requirements for pick up and delivery were very specific due to a tight travel window. I researched alot of companies but because of the Yelp ratings, i ended up working with All American Trucking & Transport. Mike Wright ended up being the agent that took care of me and although my dates were constantly adjusting, he was very cordial and created a plan that went off without a hitch. Due to the location and timing, they used a another trucking company to actually carry the vehicle, but all the logistics were handled thru this company. Peter and Riana are great to work with. We moved from Danville to Austin and moved two cars; one SUV and a sedan. Both cars were delivered in three days and they were in the same great shape as when they left. The drivers were both pros and did a great job. Riana followed up to see that the cars were picked up and delivered on time. The price was a bit higher than some of the internet companies but both my realtor, the inspectors, and the mortgage agents recommended them. Transported my Acura MDX with All American from NJ to CA, so happy I did that. The process was smooth with me working out with their customer service a date for pickup and target delivery range. Andre from Bravo Express (I believe they AATT are brokers but they only work with drivers who they've know for many years) called up 1 day ahead and also 1 hour before pickup. He carefully inspected my car (helps if you have the car washed beforehand if you want a clean inspection sign off) and loaded onto his truck. Similarly drop off was a breeze, again a 1 day heads up followed by a 1 hour heads up before actual delivery. Driver finds a safe pick up/drop off spot to do all this if any of it happens in a city as was the case in my pick up. Also another plus is that they take payments through credit cards unlike other companies which want checks/MO etc. All in all really happy with my decision to ship through All American! read more

I had a great experience using All American Trucking & Transport shipping from CA to NJ. Thing I liked most was option to drop off car to their facility that helped me to finish all my pending things before I started my move without waiting for pickup window. My car was delivered within 2 weeks. The day my car was scheduled to arrive driver notified me in the afternoon. He dropped off car within the window provided in evening. Only thing for improvement I could think is it would have been perfect service if the customer service representative had notified me couple days in advance before the car delivery date. That would have helped to make necessary payment arrangements beforehand. I understand holidays can be overwhelming with lot of customers, so I'm not too bummed with that. Although this company charges couple hundred dollars more than all the quotes I received, I would still recommend this company for car move. It's worth it! read more

I made a few calls back with questions. They got right back to me. I gave them the destination, they looked it up to see if the BIG truck could drive on that street.
