When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They're also happy to provide a quote (not to be set in stone) versus insisting that you call them first. They were also reasonable. My entire interaction was online. Though there were doubts if they would show up...like clockwork Keep It Up was at my home. They make sure to provide reminders a day in advance. They also let you know their expected arrival when they depart from their facility. When it comes to the moving itself, two nice gentlemen did the job well. It took 7 hours and two rounds. There was an extra charge for our sleeper sofa, based on it's weight. It is important to note that their fees include disassembly and reassembly of furniture. We had sooo much random stuff and we weren't able to box it all. Per our request, the movers took almost everything we pointed at. I did a lot of moving when I still had hair on my head. It was nice to have the pros handle everything for a change. I'm so done with moving. It is so taxing, especially when you've been in one place for so long. But if you must, then Keep It Up is highly recommended by me.

Movers didn't show up AT ALL. Booked 3 guys for 3 hours (4pm-7pm). I was getting confirmation texts…read morethat they would be early, then I got a call that said they would be 1-2hrs late. Those 1-2hrs turned into 3hrs. At 7pm, I got a call that said they were here- they weren't. We had to call back the main headquarters/owner. Our two options were: 1) wait until Donna could get movers that night or 2) have our Uhaul stay packed overnight in a truck. (Overnight wasn't an option because we didn't have a padlock). Although we were grateful for the TWO movers that she could get to us that night, there should be more back up movers so this type of issue doesn't happen over and over again. The "discount" I was given was because I only had TWO movers vs. the THREE I had originally booked. We helped the two movers so that we could act like a third mover for these two guys to make it faster. Thank you to the two movers for getting to us that night, and I wouldn't use this service again.
