Having lived in the house for a long time, I needed two visits to clear out several large items, including heavy furniture, an old refrigerator, and a window air conditioner unit as well as other items stored in the garage, attic and basement. Danny and his team handled everything perfectly. The team was professional, efficient and very careful not to damage the house while moving the bulky items out. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price, especially considering the extra labor required for the large items, like the refrigerator. The service was excellent from start to finish. Living in Socal we first shipped many of her things via pod home, but due to time and logistical constraints we couldn't find a construciton contractor (approve by the building) who would do junk removal along with their remodel bid), so we had to do the removal prior to renovation. They were courtesous, professional and communicative. Price is on the high side, but they do offer quite alot like partial donations, disassembly and tracking. I've dealt with junk removal companies before and know the game, over communicate and document everything and you'll be treated properly becuase most removal companies try and find a way to take advantage of the urgency, priority or just treat your home unlike their own. Having cameras and witness' on property definitely help keep everyone honest. They made short work of the large furniture and noting specific directions for certain items that we wanted donated to a local church as well as doing all the admin for the permits for the landfill items. Had I spent more on the shipping I'd spent less on the removal since it's by volume. All in all I'd use them again, but only due to logistics as I'd prefer to pay a construction company a single bid to do it all from removal, demo to the build out (limited by approved vendors by the building)
