WM Driver "Rich" demonstrated excellent customer service...our regular trash pickup day is Friday. When Rich came Friday a Delivery Truck was blocking access to the dumpsters in our parking lot. Rich returned to our location on Saturday and emptied the dumpsters. Then he picked up the trash bags outside of the. dumpster and disposed of the as well. Everyone there is inept. It's incredible how they're not able to do what they're contracted to do, which is to pick up the trash at the very least. Their website, just like their nonexistent service, is trash. If you have an issue with their service, you won't be able to do anything in their website and they close early, so no point in calling. I would give 0 stars if I could. This company services my condo building. They missed a day of picked-up which resulted in the association adding a pickup day. More money for the company. A few months later they reduce the size of the dumpsters and again, missed a day of pickup. Are they hoping we didn't notice so we could add another day? I have pics of every day. This is today. Well where do I start . This past sunday I cut a few branches from a shrub in my front yard. I had nowhere to put them because the yard waste pick ups do not start until 4/01/16. I do understand I should not of put them in the recycle bin but I did ! . The driver took them out and trhrew them on my driveway in the manner so that they were all over my driveway . you only get terrible service from this company. nothing is good about them except our village keep getting them long term contracts bcoz if i am on village board i will make sure i will try other services that will offer a really good service and more importantly affordable pricing. most of these workers are lazy and they just throw out back your containers bin anyway they want. Pretty pissed right not with the lazy a hole drivers waste management employes! After a recent ice storm before Christmas I had some branches that fell from my PINE tree. I figured I will put them out during Christmas tree pick up and I did. Today the truck came down my street passed my house and went to my neighbor to dispose of his tree. I was out side and said to him hey your not picking up my stuff? He said I cant it's not a Christmas tree right? I said its line tree branches same thing!!!
