As first guys weren't equipped for demolishing a concrete sink, another appointment with owner was made. Second day, two of their guys demolished and carried away in less than an hour. Owner very courteous and reasonable ! I would recommend this company for any clean up job. Just one consideration: Pricing and work should be clarified and verified prior to appointment to reduce any surprises. The movers worked very hard but there were issues with the management. The movers were 4 hours late. We agreed to do the 1st and 2nd floor with the time left and finish the basement on Monday. Near the end of the day, the movers started moving the basement without telling me. They left piles of items on the 1st and 2nd floor that should have been moved first disrupting the house when they left. I had to push the movers to fill the first truck before going to the second truck. They also charged me twice the cost for the partial load in the second truck and told me they needed the rest of that truck for the next move (at 5 PM in the dark on Saturday?). The movers would not confirm coming back on Monday to finish the job. Update just now. Looks like the movers were not so honest either. They took cleaning supplies. Not a big deal much surprising. Hope nothing else is missing. Yelp shows me in San Francisco but I live in the Chicago area were the work was done. I will ask Yelp to fix this. read more

Scheduling was a bit of a problem since a crew showed up one month early! Also, the day before the removal, I didn't receive a call to tell me what time frame the crew would arrive the next day. I had to call Keith, who didn't know the time and said he would call me back. Several hours passed so I called a second time and he somewhat rudely assured me he would know be later in the evening. He finally called about 7PM. Other than those 2 things, the crew arrived on time. They were friendly, accommodating, and very careful not to damage anything. I, used there service to remove some junk from my last apartment when I was moving out and they did not do there job. First, of all they made me buy the supplies like trash bags, gloves, and masks when they should provide that themselves. Second, the pictures they are showing you on, Yelp, is a BIG FAT LIE, because I had furniture I wanted to be removed and they told me they do not remove big items like furniture.
