I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. I contacted him about my Precor Elliptical and believed, based on what another company told me, it was the reed switch. The other company did not get back to me in a timely fashion for follow up, so I contacted Joe. He was extremely response and he not only was willing to help me when the other company left me high and dry, he gave me three options for ordering the part. I could do it myself and save money, what company does that?!? Or I could order from one of three websites he provided links to. Or he could order it for me and told me what the additional charge would be if he ordered it for me. I opted to place my the order myself and let him know I would contact him once the part came in. It came in much sooner than expected and when I reached out to him again, he was extremely responsive. We set a date/time and he arrived on time and without issue. He went above and beyond while he was here. It was not what the other company told me it was and he was diligent in trying to find the issue. He explained to me what it likely was and why he believed it to be this issue. He also explained to me why it was not what the other company told me. He spent a good deal of time trying to repair what was wrong and while he could not repair because another part would be needed, he left me feeling confident I had made the right decision in contacting him. He left me confident in his assessment of the situation and said he would research and get back to me. Based on his previous communication and his responsive nature, I believe he will do exactly what he says, and for that, I am grateful. His prices are reasonable and he is so nice. I also didn't realize he was based in Glendale but he schlepped all the way out to Scottsdale to see me and he came on Fri., Nov. 10th, when Veteran's Day is being observed. I am looking forward to receiving the email from him about his research and I also know I will save his contact information for assistance in the future.
