I called Andy at Western Locksmith at 9am and he met me at my office 20 minutes later! This was very encouraging since I had wasted 3 hours at the location the day before, waiting for another locksmith who called to say he was running late and then never showed up! Andy owns the business and therefore is truly dedicated to provide the best customer service and excellent results. I've had poor results from some of the online booking services who just contact a freelance technician. Andy was able to open the locks and found that the key slot was slightly narrower than the other locks, but he was able to use a narrower brass colored key that was thinner than the existing silver key. I'm sure that someone else would have tried to talk me into changing both locks! Excellent work, prompt, very reasonable fees, plus he's a very nice guy. I won't go anywhere else!
