There are so many pictures of so many different types of rooms, I had no idea we would end up with what we did. It was an odd place with a lot of nice touches. We had a room facing other rooms on the first floor. The room was tiny. It did have everything we needed, but it was not what I was expecting. I was under the impression all the rooms had a bit of a view. we had no view of anything other than the rooms across the way. We were on the first floor and could hear every single footstep of the people above us. We got in the tub in our room, which was lovely, until the cap of the thing that lets the water out fell off and there was mildew/mold all over it. It was disgusting. The bath salts were a nice touch, but after seeing that mold/mildew stuff that is very easy to clean off, it mad me get out. The bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well and while there were a million pillows on the bed for two people, they were all lumpy. There were no extra blankets in the closet, which would have been nice in the middle of the night, as there is only a sheet and light blanket on the bed and I like to cuddle up in more blanket than my partner. There is not much to move in the tiny room we were in. and if you are sharing it with a friend (not a romantic partner) you may have to leave the room while they shower as the shower is in the tub which is in the room so there isn't much privacy and the toilet room is also tiny. They definitely use the space on the property well, but it seems like there are way too many rooms for the small amount of parking they have. We may or may not stay there again, but we would definitely ask for another room.

I attended a family wedding here and stayed for two days. While the property itself is beautiful,…read moreit is abysmally run. There is an absolutely ridiculous number of rules surrounding weddings and events here, to the point that they became intrusive rather than reasonable. We were refused permission to put stakes in the ground for a pavilion. The venue also required a specific bartending service that, in our experience, served noticeably watered-down drinks, refused to allow shots in an apparent effort to keep guests from getting drunk, and, frankly, made awful drinks on top of it. One of the final issues came at the end of the wedding. We were already forced to end the event at 10:00 PM, and less than fifteen minutes later, while several guests were still simply trying to arrange rides back to their hotels, the property owner was already harassing and pressuring them to leave. There is a difference between maintaining reasonable rules for your property and exercising an excessive degree of control over a wedding and its guests. Unfortunately, this consistently felt like the latter. Overall, it is a genuinely lovely location, but it is overshadowed by an absolutely tyrannical property owner who desperately needs to rein in her sense of control. Rather than simply being the person who provided the venue, her behavior became an unfortunate and lasting memory for several members of our family who attended the wedding. That should never be one of the things guests remember most about someone's wedding. It's clear her goal is clearly to make as much profit with the least amount of hassle or effort possible. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your wedding.

It was a perfect setup for us our room had a lovely view of the river you could listen to all night, our daughter was in the other upstairs bedroom and our teenage son had a fold out couch all to himself downstairs. Best part was sitting by the river in the evening. Highly recommend we would definitely stay again.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at the Inn on Fall River. On the positive side, I thought the…read morelocation was lovely; being right along the creek is very peaceful, and I really enjoyed having an outdoor patio attached to my room. It's a beautiful setting, but several issues impacted my experience. First, I felt the advertising was a bit misleading. I saw a pool listed on Orbitz, but I discovered there isn't a pool anywhere on the property. Instead, there are two above-ground hot tubs. I went to the one on the second level, but I found climbing the narrow metal stairs with wet feet to be a bit dangerous. I also noticed that the rooms are slightly dated and showing their age. In my room, the curtain rod was actually falling out of the wall, which told me they need to keep up with better maintenance. You should also know there is no lobby or front desk here; I just received a code via text message and entered it to get into my room. While efficient, it felt a bit impersonal. My biggest complaint, however, was the construction noise. I didn't realize they are currently expanding the inn and building two new buildings on the same lot. Unfortunately, my room was right next to the construction site, and I had to deal with loud noise all morning. I think this place has a lot of potential once the upgrades are done, but between the maintenance issues and the noise, I didn't find it to be the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

Close to downtown, beautiful nature sounds, easy to find, lovely room with a view to the river. We didn't really get any customer service experience since they give you a code for your door instead of a key card. Can't comment too much on that. The room was great, it had cups for water and coffee, plates, cutlery, a cutting board, and toaster, a fridge and well equipped for a short stay where you can bring your own snacks/food. Had a lovely time there.

It doesn't have any hooks for the towels or hand towels... The balconies overlooking the river are nice (but there are many, many places to stay along the creek that are updated and clean looking). The pool is a nice touch but it's old and looks like someone DIY-ed years ago. The vending machine didn't work with any of my bills when my very pregnant body needed a bottle of water. I popped in to check out the continental breakfast and walked out with only a tea. Just a bunch of cheap, sugary products (donettes, nutrigrain bars, hostess danishes). And I thought we were getting a great rate so it was worth staying at this older place but the very nice 3 star hotel yards away is the same price!! Like it's *fine*. It's certainly not worthy of 5 stars.

They have adjoining rooms and those are newer and in a more quiet area of the property. Their continental breakfast is pretty good. They have free movie popcorn and DVD rentals. They also have a pool and hot tub but we have never used them. They also have a small playground. Again, it's great for families. We have been to Murphy's with kids/teens a few times and it's been pretty good. Close to gear rental (Estes Park Mountain Shop) and close to the main grocery store: Safeway. Also close to McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway and Jimmy John's. Also near the Estes Park Visitors Center. Further from RMNP (about 25-30 minutes) The bad: I decided to book this place for an Anniversary and that was a huge mistake. First, I booked through their website instead of Booking.com since that is better for their business.. I put in the special instructions that we wanted their best King Room for our anniversary. Rates were high despite it being a slow weekend and on booking.com they had lots of open king rooms. We ended up in one of their older rooms which faced the main road. Bathroom sink didn't drain, found hair on the sink. After flushing toilet, it would continue to run. The bed was too soft and hurt our backs. The back of our place faced a busy road. Lots of noise between the walls with the neighbors next door and kids running and screaming outside. Also, their internet was sooo SLOW. If you are coming here to do any work, forget it. We had terrible service most of the time. Wasn't able to use any apps like Netflix, Disney + etc. Pretty old school TV's. For the price we paid, it wasn't worthy of the rate and I wished we had gone somewhere else for a great couple experience. Again, for families, this place is awesome, for couples, I would look elsewhere.
