Pizzas were served immediately. They were huge! Pepperoni, Hawaiian & Veggie/sausage combo were all delicious. These pizzas probably had 20 slices each easily. They did have fountain drinks as well. Parking was easy right in front. This Mountain Mike's pizza place had a last minute room for about thirty people available on a Saturday to provide the funeral service needed for our family. It was a somber situation but it served the purpose needed bc it wouldn't stop raining this past weekend as former plans were for outside at the park. This pizza place had nice size TVs if you were watching the LAD/ TOR game or Masters golf game. There were video game machines front & back perfect ambiance for your average birthday party celebrations for the kids. It's rare for us to eat pizza but it was a must for us to attend this event. We rarely attend funerals/memorials for a 20 year old but we have known this family for at least 25 years. I placed an order yesterday online to pick up, I ordered 3 pizzas, 12 pc. wings & a salad. We ate the pizza and salad the same night & I took the wings to work today for lunch, when i reheated my food & opened the box which was still sealed by the tamper sticker - inside on the top wing I see fly eggs not only ON the wing but INSIDE a small hole in the wing. I reached out to the store the man had no idea what I meant by fly eggs but referred me to someone who would handle the complaint. After I reached out, I heard back for them to tell me that, the eggs didnt come from their restaurant.. but that they could refund me for the wings or give me a new order of wings. I chose the refund and I unfortunately will not be returning to this location. While helpful and an overall easy process, this was still very disgusting, unsanitary and made my stomach upset just thinking about if I wouldve eaten one. In no way could it have been my fault - again sealed with the tamper sticker in tact. So just be very careful when you order from here, check your food before you go or choose a different location all together! read more

We've ordered Mountain Mike's twice recent, on New Year's Eve and again last night and both times were great. The pizza went fast both nights, which is always the best sign. Happy guests, empty boxes. What keeps me coming back is the value. The food is consistently good, portions are generous, (especially in veggies on combo) and they sent a 15% off coupon after our order that was actually useful (you just have to use it within a short window - 60 minutes). I usually prefer mountain mikes over other pizza chains. We are from out of town and ordered pizza delivered. We got a pepperoni and a supreme. The pizza was very bland no flavor. The ordering process was fine, the website works well and is easy to navigate. I ordered three pizza: the pepperoni, cheese, and their BBQ chicken. Usually the pepperoni is a fave, as it has a consistent and classic flavor that has always been replicated at each Mountain Mikes I've been to. This one was TERRIBLE. First, the pepperoni was sparse, think desert landscape. Where they were located, the pepperoni, had a weird cinnamon sweetish flavor, not your classic savory taste. I did choose pickup, and should have been clued in as the restaurant had an unpleasant odor. Several things need improvement: the restaurant needs some cleaning or airing out to decommission the smell and the pizzas need to stick to the classic recipes. read more

Not the same overall experience you'll find at other Mountain Mike's locations. The interior of the facility has a convenience store style vibe. We were most disappointed in the pizza. We ordered the Pike's Peak & they only added 1/4 of the normal amount of toppings you'd find at other Mountain Mike's locations. It was a very underwhelming experience for my family. I would recommend going to the Mountain Mike's on Cherokee in Lodi. PS: do not play any of the arcade games in the back. Most of the machines are out of order, but not marked. We've now been to three different locations, and this one on Kettleman was just as good as the other ones we've ordered from. So nice to see that the consistency of service and pizza's from one place and another is there. We ordered our fave Mtn Mike's pizza, the BBQ Chicken Ranch, and it was as good as ever. Mtn Mike's pizza are fully loaded with toppings with just the right amount of sauce. Too many pizza places like to drown their topping in too much sauce. NOT MTN MIKE!!! So went there for a party.Which was great to see everyone. However, it is weird how you cannot buy a pitcher of soda, but you can get it for beer what do you not have enough pitchers? Then all of the games in the back do not work which we had over 10 kids and put in over $20. However, the stuff animal games that were filled and were able to work we notice that they looked ragged like they came from the Goodwill right next door since they had colored tape on them. I would They told us that the game person came every night but it isn't true. The bathrooms were horrible and had no supplies. The server acted like she didn't want to be there when I asked for a receipt she grunted and handed it to me there are 4 girls working but three of them were sitting on the ground chatting about their day amongst each other. We ordered pizza this week on the website. While we did not receive an email, our account was charged. My husband called and tried to get help but the person on the phone was unhelpful. She refused to look up the card information or let us talk to a manager. I understand that things happen but the attitude of the staff was really upsetting. We still got charged and now we have to work through our bank. I just don't believe that there was nothing anyone could do to help us. There are lots of pizza options in Lodi. Decided to try out Mountain Mike's again since we saw commercials that it was under new management.. It was a mistake. I called ahead of time and asked if there is a dinner buffet, after 5 minutes of being on hold I was told yes, there is. I asked the price and after another hold was told $16.99 per person. I said great! We're on our way. When we arrived there was no dinner buffet, and no one seemed to care we were told incorrect information. Fine, let's just order pizza instead... yet another mistake. Awful food, awful customer service, employees just hanging around not assisting with anything. Asked for no onions on pizza due to an allergy and received double onions, I ate one slice while my boyfriend ate none of the pizza (due to his allergy) and was told when I brought up the concern, "when you come back just let them know you had a bad time and I'm sure they'll give you a discount." Eventually (after speaking to two managers?) received $18 back on a $80 bill (One salad, one pitcher of beer, and one pizza). Dined in, received no plates. Salad bar was dismal. Beer is $22 a pitcher which is not marked clearly anywhere. Did not receive a receipt and was met with rolling eyes and attitude when I asked for one. Save your money or better yet go to the Mountain Mikes on Cherokee as they are much nicer, cleaner, and better pizza. read more

We haven't eaten Mountain Mike's pizza in quite a while because the last time it made me sick. But we really wanted pizza and we decided to give them another chance. I'm done giving them a chance. We ordered a soda to share and an extra large (mountain) The Everest pizza to go. The wait was almost 40 minutes, but it's a Friday night and even though there were no other customers inside, they had several deliveries going out so we were perfectly willing to wait. We got our pizza, came home, opened it up, served it to the family, and the first bite, my daughter pulled a piece of beef out of her mouth that was completely raw inside. Thinking that it had to only be one or two pieces, I checked every piece of beef and every single one of them were browned on the top and totally raw inside. The restaurant manager Harman is truly an amazing man, went in for some lunch and he took great care of my son and I, I'm truly grateful for businesses that take good care of their customers. This restaurant is very clean and they have amazing customer service, service is always fast and friendly and if you ever have a problem they will fix it right away because they know that the customers always come first. They have a great selection of games for the kids to play and lots of T.V's to watch, if you're looking for a place to have a party or business meeting I wouldn't definitely suggest you come here cause you won't be disappointed. Oh last but not least the pricing on all their menu items are very reasonable All the food here is always hot, fresh and perfect and they have the perfect buffet of your just looking to come in for a quick bite. I love pizza and eat it all the time and this has to be one of the best pizza restaurants in the lodi area, they meet or exceed all expectations anyone could have walking into a pizza restaurant.
