This will be our last time at this location. Mistakes happen but in this case they should have honored what was said on the coupon that was sent out. Today was the second time I have witnessed this person speak to the a young lady in a horrible manner. You can hear her scolding the young employee while you are eating. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely poor service, rude employees, rude manager. We ordered a large pepperoni and got a confirmation email stating (in poorly spelled all-caps lettering, no less) that it would be 30 to 35 minutes. An hour later we called in to check up on the wait time. The employee on the phone didn't ask my order number, name, or anything else. He simply snapped, "Unless you're in Pine Grove it's already out." and hung up without waiting on a response. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, and the employee argued that I didn't need to. When I finally did get a manager I explained the situation to him, including that his employee had hung up on me. His response? A very irritated: "Okay?". I asked if that was really all he had to say, and he snapped back that he had nothing he could do and hung up. The only bright side was the driver, who was actually pretty polite. I understand things get hectic in food service. Regardless, I'd have been fired and out the door if I were that employee or their manager when I still worked in the industry.
