If you're wondering why you're given one paper plate, it's because some people were unfortunately taking advantage of the buffet by giving extra plates to people who hadn't paid. The policy helps keep the buffet fair for everyone. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. the reason i rated the mikes pizza in Jackson a 1 star is not for the pizza but the service in how we was treated, we sat outside to wait for mikes pizza to open so we could be the first to order, because the junior mustangs where going to play in the afternoon, so the manager open the door at 1100 and i ask him that we had 8 people coming and if i can order now , he answered in a very nasty and load tone your going to have to wait an hour because i have to many pizzas to make. then i said but we are the first in line, then he replied and said he had a call up orders. everybody in our group showed up at 11:15 so i could not cancel event. so i asked the male manager can we order a mountain pizza and he told me in a load tone no can you see i have to many waiting to cook and i do not have no dough left to make a mountain pizza. so i had to order 2 large pizzas that cost me about $10.00 more.. i give the serves a f- that is why i gave them a 1 star , read more

Paid for the buffet took over 40 minutes to put out 1 pizza, staff neglected to put out the large bowl of lettuce, had to ask employee , they give only 1 paper plate for both salad and pizza , staff said because children waste paper plates, i am a adult here with my adult partner with no children and after informing the employee that he still refused to give me more paper plates. If I could give 0 stars I would, paid for buffet and drink and the soda machine isn't even working. They said they had tea and lemonade but didn't have anything. And then Made me paid AGAIN for a drink out the fridge. Guy at the front is asking everyone if they want the buffet with a drink KNOWING THE DRINK FOUNTAIN DOES NOT WORK. This location gives MM's a bad name. Sort the Yelp reviews by most recent and you will get the picture. You'll be much happier ordering from Bad Axe if you are in Jackson or Gold Dust if you are in Sutter Creek. Or, you can go here, be disappointed, leave a bad review, and have Lisa M tell you "Sorry. Please fill out a contact form". Your choice. Lisa, I tried reaching out to the store several times to get comped for the mistakes they made on my pizza. The owner/manager never called me back. I contacted corporate several times who said each location is self-managed, but they would have the owner contact me. Nothing. We decided on pizza for dinner tonight because we had a coupon that said 12.99 for 2 - two topping pizzas. The store employees said this was a misprint and would not honor the coupon. Other customers were coming in to get the same deal and were being told they couldn't use this coupon . The employees got the store owner on the phone and she would not honor the deal that the coupon had said . We had asked her for corporate contact information and she refused to give it to us. This will be our last time at this location. Mistakes happen but in this case they should have honored what was said on the coupon that was sent out. It isn't difficult to have good customer service to keep customers coming back. Round Table pizza is nearby do yourself a favor and go there instead . read more

I love mountain Mike pizza but my issue is the way the red haired manger possibly speaks to the employees. Today was the second time I have witnessed this person speak to the a young lady in a horrible manner. You can hear her scolding the young employee while you are eating. The first time she was cussing at her and threading the young girls job. Today she was telling the young girl when she was just trying to ask a question that the girl was wasting her time. The managers behavior is completely unacceptable and I hope this poor young lady quits that place and finds somewhere that respect there employees. read more

They have gluten free wow! It's $2 extra and only 10" but hey that's better than nothing. We got the traditional red sauce with onions, mushrooms, and sausage. It came out very well done. Probably because they have one of those conveyor ovens and they're running the super thin gluten free pizzas at the same temperature and speed as all the other pizzas. It was good just..but burnt. Arrived at 6pm and was told 10 minutes at most. 20 minutes went by so I checked in again and was told mine was next and was just being packed up. 20 more minutes went by and finally got my to go order at 6:45pm. I showed up just after 1:30 and Shalonda ignored me for 10-15 minutes (but happily greeted the Fed Ex guy who came in after me) then told me "she was going to start my order". If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely poor service, rude employees, rude manager. We ordered a large pepperoni and got a confirmation email stating (in poorly spelled all-caps lettering, no less) that it would be 30 to 35 minutes. An hour later we called in to check up on the wait time. The employee on the phone didn't ask my order number, name, or anything else. He simply snapped, "Unless you're in Pine Grove it's already out." and hung up without waiting on a response. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, and the employee argued that I didn't need to. When I finally did get a manager I explained the situation to him, including that his employee had hung up on me. His response? A very irritated: "Okay?". I asked if that was really all he had to say, and he snapped back that he had nothing he could do and hung up. The only bright side was the driver, who was actually pretty polite. I understand things get hectic in food service. Regardless, I'd have been fired and out the door if I were that employee or their manager when I still worked in the industry.
