Once we were seated, I was shocked that they didn't offer or ask if a high chair was needed for my 2 year old. I am used to most places asking when they see small children. No problem, gave us some extra time to finalize what we wanted. We had 2 kids, 2 adults in our party. The latte I ordered itself was pretty good but the cold foam threw me off because it wasn't sweet, it tasted like pure heavy whipping cream thickened. I added Splenda to the top to make that taste like something. I wasn't sure if that was on purpose. When it was time to pay, she did go over the items first to confirm if everything was good to go, but her delivery and rushing of it was off putting. Like she walked up and didn't ask if we were ready for the check, she just said okay who's taking care of the bill or is it split or together with her card reader. I felt like I had to rush to go ahead and grab my wallet to pay and it was a little intimidating how she stared during the tipping part of it, which I was going to tip regardless of the lackluster service.
