Part of me doesn't even want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret. The burgers were amazing, think homemade what a burger! The pizza was better than grateful head, the fires are as amazing as wing stops fries. The queso has a little kick, but all appetizers were delicious. Great atmosphere to boot! I give it a 10!!!! read more

I gave them one star because the beer is really good. You order and pay at a counter when you walk in (awkward but doable). Also found out later you have to go back to the counter if you want another beer. There were 3 of us. We ordered two double hamburger steaks and a buffalo chicken wrap...basic and simple. After drinking my whole beer and watching my husband and friend eat their hamburger steaks, I decided to skip the meal and fuggetaboutit. The manager refunded my money and said there's a 30 minute wait right now as an explanation. I sat for 35 minutes watching order after order go out to different tables (who arrived AFTER us). Manager was not apologetic really, just defensive. Would I go back? Nope! Do not waste your time or money. I read previous reviews, and looks like this is typical and not an exception. read more

Fantastic pizza. Super nice and helpful staff. We picked up our food, but everything inside was very clean, and the tables seemed properly distanced. Dennis was so kind and even helped me find a place for firewood after we got our food. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend! read more

Service at the bar was good and they had a good selection of beer. They do not sell liquor and the bar was sort of dead. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and wings to go. The wings were very good but the pizza was soggy and super greasy. For $19 a pizza I expected a whole lot more and our family was fairly disappointed. I'd prefer to give this place 2.5 stars. We probably won't ever be back and would much go to Greatful Head. read more

I love this place my Wife and I tried it for the first time last night. The pizza was excellent as were the fried pickles. The wait staff were friendly and the interior was very clean. I would definitely eat here again I have no complaints whatsoever. Edit: The above review stands for their dine in however I had to edit it to reflect my experience getting a take out order. I placed a to go order and was told 15-20 min so my Wife and I waited around about 10 minutes then left with the intention of grabbing a T-Shirt from their gift shop which was open however the door was locked and no one was inside so we went into the restaurant to pick up our order which they told us was not ready yet we waited 20-30 additional minutes before being given our to order. When we returned to our cabin (a 5 minute drive) we found all of our food was cold so I'm not sure what we waited that 20-30 minutes for I'm guessing someone to package up our to go order. read more

I was with a group and two people shared the big ass burger which came out immediately. 45 minutes later a wrap and salad came out. After an hour and a half we were still missing a burger and two salads because they forgot about it. After I got my salad they told me they didn't make any ranch today.. on a Saturday and didn't even get the salad right. We ended up leaving and getting a refund on both salads but one person didn't even get their burger 2 hours after the first people got their burger. To top it all off I and one other person got food poisoning that night. No manager on site either as their staff said both were out drinking. read more

Went for a late lunch. Many dirty tables on the patio and no one cleaned a single table cleaned on the patio the entire hour we sat there. Had to go to the bar to order. Received order and our MFB fries were cold, limp, and undercooked. Asked for new ones and they just brought out fries with no toppings to throw on top of the cold fries we were given ?!! The other food we ordered tasted freezer burnt. Beer was ok. Would go back to get beer to go only. Really worried about the cleanliness at this place. Sad because we frequent this area and would go more often. read more

I can't believe we haven't found this place before now!!! Thank you Yelp! It's past the "row" of junk where everyone goes for mediocre food and pizza. We have come to BB for several years and always struggle to find a decent place to eat. I can tell you the food wasn't just good; it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They have lots of options on their menu from pizza to burgers to wraps. The burgers and fries were some of the best I have ever had. They were fast and friendly. The place was very clean and lots of seating. We had a party of 13 and everyone raved about their food. We may eat here for every meal from now on!!! read more

Do not recommend. End of story. The service was terrible. The tables were not clean. Nothing was sanitized. And not one person, server, customer, or bartender were wearing a mask. Not to mention that the bar made it as difficult as possible to order a WARM beer. Yes. Warm. No one said thank you, no one was courteous, the customer service is completely off course. Trash. We won't be back. read more

Very good. Good service. Good beer. Had the Timber Creek and my wife and I shared a 10" Tubby Kieth pizza.

Every time i go to this place the customer service sucks. there is always a line going out the door and there is only 1 person taking orders. Delivery orders AND in-store orders. and while there is 30 people waiting in line, workers are standing around talking and basically doing nothing. i saw at least 3 parties walk about because of this. We ended up waiting in line for almost 25 minutes and then they say "The wait for 2 pizzas will be 30-40 minutes." LIKE WHAT. how do you get people to like this place. they had 2 registers, only one person taking orders, and employees standing around. Bad management. the only reason i gave this place 2 stars is because their pizza is kind of good. Also tried to order over the phone and they put me on "hold" for 10 minutes. pretty sure they forgot about me. Anyways they have really good pizza! and really good beer if you're into that. read more

For starters, my wife and I came to broken bow for our honeymoon weekend and wanted to stop by here because of the hype surrounding it. The service was absolutely horrible and the two ladies at the front taking your order at the Kiosk were extremely rude. The pizza and fries were practically thrown onto our table and the queso on the fries tasted about a week old. We were both extremely disappointed that we didn't receive good service and a friendly staff (which goes a long way with the two of us). Won't be coming back. read more

This place has really great selection of beers!! I really enjoyed the hop time gal. Price is right also: flight if 4 for $6!!

Not good service over Labor Day weekend, and it wasn't even crowded. So disorganized. Lack of staff at the bar made for really long wait times for a drink. There was lack of enthusiasm from the staff. People we were with had food orders come out wrong. We left and went to the other brewery for the 3rd time this trip! read more

It has been a few years since I took my family and friends to Broken Bow - There are so many choices - Decided to go to MFB. The thin-crust pizzas, Sneaky Snake brew, and wonderful service were way over expectations! Our service was managed by Brian - and we all ended up going two nights in a row! I Must recommend The Hula Pie, Tubby Keith, and the Kitchen Sink - as well as the Chips and queso. The Bartender was especially helpful in pairing a beer for my taste and complementing the food ordered - so much so I brought a case home! 5-Stars Brian! read more

We've attempted to eat here three years in a row. Each time the hostess has been fairly rude. One year we stood and waited for over 10 minutes without being verbally acknowledged. This year my little guy wanted to compare this pizza with Grateful Head pizza so we called for takeout. Grateful Head was very friendly when they answered the phone, told us it would be 20 minutes and were intentionally kind when we picked up our order. When we called Mountain Fork Brewery, we were told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Again when we arrived to pick up our order, I stood and waited several minutes without being verbally acknowledged. In fact the people on front of me were greeted and nothing was spoken to me. I decided to wait patiently so that we can see what the "hype" was about. After several more minutes, I heard a gentleman ask the young lady if she wanted him to assist me. He was friendly. He found my order and brought me the pizza. The pizza was cold. But, it is what it is. We get both pizzas home for the taste test. We tried Mountain Fork Brewery first. The crust was burnt and the sauce was bland. We tried Grateful Head and what a huge difference. The pizza was delicious. After 3 years waiting, we can say that we will not be returning to Mountain Fork Brewery. They always seem frazzled and unfriendly. The pizza is NOT worth the wait or the money. Go to Grateful Head. Trust me; you'll thank me later. read more

This is a wonderful place to cool off on a hot day. The atmosphere is pleasant and you can't beat the wait staff. Emily was cheerful and helpful throughout our dining experience. read more

I have been in here a couple times now. Both times the wait was soooooo long. The manager at lunchtime on 5/19/2020 was horrible. We all ate except for one person that didn't get his meal. We asked 3 times for a manager to come over and he ended up finally coming after 1 hour at the restaurant and he finally came and slammed the money on our table and said here is your refund. Awful service. Awful service, awful service. Took way too long and manager was rude. read more

average food. waitresses were disgustingly rude. one of the three pizzas we ordered came out 30 minutes after the rest. within that 30 minutes, they tried to give us a different pizza and a dinner salad. they argued that it was ours after we told them multiple times what we were missing. we finally got the pizza, put it in the box to leave. on our way out, the "entertainer" begging for tips and "performing" had the nerve & professionalism to call out the attire of two guys in our group. he said they wore the shortest shorts he had seen, so they must be "trolling". this is being broadcasted over the entire restaurant. terrible experience to say the least out of all of our trips in the states. 10/10 would recommend going anywhere else. God bless. read more

Mfb is so good. Sweet coffe stout. Deals on beer and pizza Wednesday evening. Friendly service.

Not a bad little eatery if you are willing to spend $12 on a burger. The food and service were excellent, and the beer selection was great! I appreciate that they offer flights, as it helps to enjoy several kinds of beers without spending a load of cash. The bartender was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Like I said, I was not a fan of the pricing of both the food or the drinks. Overall, I would recommend a visit, if your a beer nut like me and are willing to shell out a bit for food. read more

Walked in and walked straight to the bar area and sat down. Wasn't really that busy but after sitting there 10 minutes without anyone even saying a word to us - we flagged down one of the bartenders. He apologized and took our drink order as well as a food order. After sitting there for almost 45 minutes - we asked about our pizza we ordered. Come to find out - he didn't even put the order in. He apologized again and offered to give the pizza free and make it to-go. We declined and just cashed out paying for just our drinks. I'm sure the food is actually decent but the service was awful. I understand being busy but - 1) they weren't busy and 2) you're never too busy to at least acknowledge a customer when the walk up and sit down. Most likely will not be back and will recommend to others that they steer clear of this place unless they want terrible service. The reason given by the bar staff for the poor service was "they won't let us hire anyone when we really need more people". If your staff is too busy to even utter the words "thanks for coming in - someone will be with you in just a minute" - then you have the wrong staff. read more

We were a bit thrown off at first that this place was counter service and not full but understandable given it's hard to staff a restaurant these days. We ordered 4 burgers. My wife ordered a "beyond" burger. Halfway through the meal we noticed they gave my wife a real burger and not the meatless version. My wife hasn't eaten beef in 30 years or so. So this wasn't good. They did everything right to fix it! Some places don't give a shit if they screwed up. I expected a standard refire of meal and comp her burger. They comped the whole meal. That's was very nice but it didn't stop there. The owner/partner was apologizing to us and said he wants us to come back again and try their pizza. We told him we had pizza for lunch down the road and had a horrible experience earlier that day. When we were leaving the owner stopped us and said he had a whole cheese pizza in the oven for our kids (since the cheese pizza at lunch at Grateful Head sucked so bad). We were full and happy but he went above and beyond with hospitality. It's hard to find these days. I worked in restaurants for almost 30 years so I understand mistakes. It's how you treat people and fix the mistake that matters! They blew us away! Go support them! read more

As soon as we walked in, there was no urgency in anyone serving us. No one greeted us walking in and the overall attitude of every working was poor. It was just my husband and I. My wings came out at least 10 minutes before my husbands burger. My husband stood at the bar to order a drink so long, he just walked off. They were not even busy. It was a Tuesday night with maybe every 3rd or 4th table full. I'm shocked we even got someone to say thank you once we left. The staff wasn't rude, but they also were not friendly. Food was adequate. The fries were the best part of the experience. read more

We have been coming to Broken Bow for the past 4 years and have eaten at MFB many times. But, this time was rather disappointing. When we arrived we noticed they no longer had the wraps I usually ordered, so I got a burger and onion rings $12 + $2 more for onion rings. My wife got the Mobster sandwich. We then proceeded to get a beer and sit on the patio. After about 20 minutes a waitress brought my burger and onion rings. I mentioned my wife's sandwich and she said she just brought what was ready. First or all, why would a "hot" cold cut sandwich with a bag of chips not be ready before a grilled burger and fried onion rings? Her sandwich came about 5 minutes later after we had finished the onion rings. Overall, my wife liked her sandwich, and the onion rings were pretty good, but the burger meat had absolutely no seasoning at all, not even salt and pepper. We also noticed a table of 8 behind us where the waitress brought out 1-2 plates at a time over about a 10 minute period instead of all at the same time and noticed some people were done eating when the last people were finally served. As we finished our meal we noticed the waitress never came back to check on us. I feel this is a direct result of the restaurant making you pay when you order and waitresses have no incentive to serve you. Also, tables took a long time to get bussed. As we left my wife wanted to buy a 6 pack of Gentleman Jackalope beer which is $14/6 pack. Later that day we went to Walmart to get a couple things and noticed all of MFB beers were for sale at $9.98/6 pack. So, in the end, this restaurant needs some better food management and service systems in place for us to come back in the future. read more

Very good place, always friendly employees. The pizza is great and their beer is great also. I had the one with habanero pepper infused into it. It was great! This is the 2nd time we have been here and we definitely recommend. read more

Good beer. Mediocre pizza. If you like beer it's a 7 to 8. The pizza is a 3 to 4. Pizza was limp and low on toppings. I would go back for the beer. Greatful Head has a better pizza. read more

Just had late night dinner with my wife at the brewery. Second day to be open. Had Sandwich #3 and the Mountain Fork pie (pizza). Pizza was good. Sandwich was great. They make the bread for the sandwich in their brick oven. Owner and his wife were at the bar. They were a lot of fun to be around. Had a great time and really enjoyed dinner. They have their own craft beers that they make on site. I tried the sampler flight and they were excellent. 259 was my favorite. Atmosphere was very nice as well. read more

Absolutely loved this place!!! Try the crumpet if you like beer or do a flight like our server, Ryan recommended, and try them all!! Our server was amazing with some great food and beer recommendations! I had the #2 Samich - yes that's what it's called - it's a turkey with Swiss cheese, spinach and tomatoes. Ryan recommended adding pesto and caesar for the dressing! Absolutely fabulous! The bread is fresh and the fried pickles were great too! Be sure to get a grommet to go and then stop by the gift shop that is next door! read more

Busy places are not my thing, and this place never seems to be super busy. This is the best pizza we have had in the area, and the prices are better. Really enjoyed the pizza here. It was prepared quickly and was very flavorful. We enjoyed the Tubby Keith pizza. Boys enjoyed a Chicken and Bacon Alfredo. 1 minute in the door I told my husband we should leave because it was almost empty compared to other places.... We wish we would have. The pizza was average. The wings were not very good either. We ordered a flight of beer and typically each of us would order a beer after that of the one we like best (not this time). It started with the service though. Not sure how to explain it other than odd. There was an offer on yelp for a free order of breadsticks. She told me they were not doing that anymore because the GM had "up and quit 2 weeks ago and they don't know who to call to get it off". She asked someone if I could use it and came back to tell me I could "but just this one time". I would rather pay for it then be talked to like that. Then she could not figure out how to add to the ticket. We didn't receive them until we asked about them after getting our pizza and then they arrived after we were done. The server was very friendly. Nice place inside. read more

Such a fun place! They were definitely knowledgeable on there beer and the pizza was delicious. They have a flight of beers I would absolutely recommend. The cashier seemed very nice and was trying to be helpful, and even gave us a full refund on all the food. It honestly would've been a one star review if she wasn't so helpful. I've worked in restaurants before so I tried as hard as I could to be patient because I understand that complications can happen with staffing and other circumstances. However we ordered only 2 sandwiches and a 10 inch pizza around 1:30, the sandwiches didn't come until 2:30, and they came without a pizza. The pizza came at 3:10. There were tables that sat down much after us that got their food much before us and one group came in around 2, got their food before us, and left before the pizza even came. They also ordered a pizza. It's a shame that the wait was so long because the food was good in full honesty. read more
