Our waitress Kaylee was so sweet, so patient, gave excellent recommendations. The prices?? Incredible!! We couldn't believe the value!! Italian is my absolute favorite food.. last night I had THE BEST Chicken fettuccine I've had in my entire 49 years. This restaurant EASILY makes my top 5 ever! Roma's Restaurants are a franchise that have several locations in towns across Oklahoma and Texas. The restaurants I have experienced have always had solid choices on the menu whether you order pasta, pizza, appetizers, steak, veal, chicken or salads. If you order salads, you absolutely cannot go wrong with the Greek or Milano's salads. Adding chicken to the salads makes a pretty good meal in itself. They served amazing bread and you must order the olive oil, garlic, basil dip to accompany the bread. Wow.....so good and addictive. We have been enjoying their pizzas lately. We ordered a large half and half veggie and supreme and a small margherita. Both were amazing and filling and the margherita was gorgeous as you can see from the picture. Crimson took our orders and she was very warm and friendly. The restaurant is super clean and I think it would be fun to eat inside the restaurant sometime. read more

Sysco premade rabbit food. The taps of beer also taste stale and nasty . Service was subpar, and overall the experience was horrible. The vibe is also extremely off, clearly not an Italian restaurant if you're using Premade food and upcharging for that bullshit. read more

Been eating here just about every weekend since this location opened. I have never had such a messed up experience as I did this evening. Asked for another fork, fork was dirty, after 10 minutes I got one myself. Got up to pay and the one waitress turned around and walked off from the register. Stood there a few, went to the bar, asked to pay my bill, no luck. Went back to the register, stood there for a bit, my waitress came up to the register. I told her that the other one walked off when I got to the register, she replied with a smartassed smile and tone "can't you see we're busy". I asked for the manager. Finally got my bill paid. I have never worked so hard to pay a bill before, absolutely ridiculous. I am so disappointed with Roma right now. Usually, they are absolutely flawless when it comes to customer service. read more

We just happened to stumble on to this little restaurant so we knew nothing about it. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted and shown to our table right away. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, two people ordered the egg plant Parmesan and someone had the baked ravioli. Every person raved over their food! Not only was the food excellent but the portions were large for the price. The rolls that came with the meal were still warm and buttery. So good! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Delicious Italian food, friendly staff, and clean atmosphere. There were booths and smaller tables for smaller groups, large tables for 8. The dishes were yummy from pizzas and calzones to salads and seafood. The pastas were great too. Our family spent post Christmas week in Broken Bow and enjoyed stopping in for lunch one day. read more

If I could rate this place less than a 1 star I would. Didn't even get to eat their food. Service was so bad. Due to having my dog with us, My wife went inside to get seats for us. She was talking to the hostess at the front and in the middle of their conversation, the hostess answered the phone and completely disregarded my wife who was standing in front of her. After a no joke, 10 minute conversation, the hostess looked at my wife and said we could seat ourselves outside. That was the first straw. Once outside, we waited over 20 minutes and nothing. My wife checked back inside and again in the middle of the conversation with the hostess, they answered the phone. That is by far the worst service I have ever had at a place I didn't even eat at. Our food was delicious, thankfully. Spinach dip with wonderful rolls, and we both got eggplant Parmesan that allegedly comes with a salad. We never got our salads. That didn't seem to bother Amanda, our waitress, one bit. I got an old fashioned, which was horrible! My friend got the Italian Margarita, and it was delicious also. I'm giving them 4 stars, because we left full and were mostly happy. I would request a different waitress next time. read more

The service was impeccable and we were checked on multiple times by multiple people. The tortellini was so good I forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through my meal. The garlic bread was also delish. read more
