We have a new build and were unable to match the carpet exactly because I wanted whatever was in stock and ready to be installed immediately but the carpet I got is much nicer than our original carpet! It is plush carpet, and the cost included the carpet padding as well. Honestly, the cost was a couple thousand less than I anticipated. They were able to replace the carpet the next day and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend their services and would definitely use them again!

It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.
