Also I saw two reviews on 4-3-21 stating they never showed or called, I noticed they look ALOT ALIKE.......Mr. & Mrs. Rose run this company with the utmost professionalism & I find it difficult to believe they would miss appointments on the same day, without calling. And I noticed they have VERY SIMILAR names & information!! I'd bet they're from the same people. Mrs. Rose called us twice, they were running late due to traffic issues & she greatly apologized, so I personally think those two terrible reviews are invalid & exaggerated. Just my opinion. R&R did some repairs are our house for Viviant solar because they stepped through the ceiling in…read moreour kitchen. There was a good size crack in the ceiling that R&R had to repair and then repair the ceiling. When the guy from R&R arrived, my wife and I left out of town. It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.
