Mrs. Graciano scheduled three different appointments to view my property and provide an estimate for clearing brush in my backyard to meet fire code requirements. The first two were canceled at the last minute. They did keep the third appointment, but the estimate came in at more than three times what I expected. While they did lower it by $200, it was still about double what my realtor had advised me to anticipate. We eventually scheduled a date for the work, but around 11:30 that morning I received a call saying they couldn't make it due to a case of food poisoning. I understand that things happen and that this is a very busy time of year for landscapers, but it's frustrating to repeatedly schedule time with a business only to have them cancel at the last minute.

I called early August 2020 for a total landscape remodel. One job or 20 jobs, whatever it takes I'm flexible. Elias set an estimate appt and said he would start work in early Sept. He never showed for the estimate and said he went out of town. We spoke several more times he told me September he would be free. We are now in September, and he told me that he has agreed to more jobs and he can't see me for a while. They may do great work, I don't know, but the business is ran poorly and customers arent important. They will jerk you around. They get one star because I have to give that.

I do NOT recommend this company I hired Miltee's Sprinkler…read moreto fix a sprinkler pipe leak, and unfortunately the job was not completed to a satisfactory standard. I made several attempts to reach out afterward by phone, text and email, but did not receive a response. As a result, I will need to hire someone else to correct the work. I am left with a pipe that runs across a doorway and sticks up higher than the threshold. It is unsafe. It's a trip hazard, and a high likelihood of a broken pipe if it gets stepped on. Running the pipe above ground doesn't even make sense. They bypassed the existing below ground system and ran the pipes along the side of my house going across the doorway. In addition, I was quoted a price by Noe, and the next day he texted and told me Steve said it will be $400 more. I should have just said no at that point. I'm very disappointed because I used them a few years ago without issue. But leaving me with such substandard work and then completely ghosting me when I tried to reach out is totally unprofessional.
