The dealership is professional and communicates well their needs to provide great service. After purchase they worked hard to satisfy me when I had an issue. Very good service. read more

Jan 29, 2026 Price was negotiated for 2021 DBS and a trade in value for my 2014 Vanquish Doran states in text, "I'll get contracts ready" January 30 Price Further confirmed with Premier doing the lease and trade numbers There was previous discussion on possible warranty, and inspection of which I declined on the DBS. There was no mention at that time or any time there of regarding an inspection or warranty on the Vanquish. Feb 3 Client states that the vanquish has aftermarket headers and cats on car, but will include stock parts. Again, no mention or request by dealer of an inspection. Feb 5 client asked about tire condition on the DBS of which Doran stated in text: "2020 all around, they look healthy with no sign of being dry/brittle. Tread wear at 6/32 all around" No request on info or inspection on my Vanquish Feb 5: The financing transaction was performed by Premier and a purchase order was then created and Motorenn signed and accepted payment on the DBS. Feb 6: client drove to Motorenn dealership and traded the Vanquish over to the dealer and client signed DMV 262 form, vehicle transfer and reassignment form and accepted the DBS. As client is driving home, Austin owner calls client and says there are some issues on the vanquish AFTER the financial transaction and reassignment form was completed....the dealer has been paid by Premier leasing company. Austin then sends me an email wanting $14,100 to repair the Vanquish which consisted of regular wear on leather interior, claims of paint work, tires needing replacement (though tires on DBS were even older)...basically extortion. I had to hire a lawyer to dispute their claims and I still had to pay $6k for them to pay off the title for my Vanquish. Total SCAMMERS and they do a BAIT AND SWITCH to EXTORT more money from you. Buyer Beware! read more

Bought a 2002 Viper GTS from these guys in August 2026. Tried to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection with my preferred guy but they would not take the car that far. Now I know why. Instead they suggested a shop close to them for the inspection. Inspection only showed some minor things like the sway bar links. Motorenn changed these but lots was missed they must have know about. Drove the car home and couldn't get 6th gear. Assumed it had some clutch drag so checked the hydraulic fluid. It was black. Told the PPI place they missed an obvious issue and they fully refunded me. I then bled the clutch hydraulics which opened up a new issue. The slave cylinder was leaking. I took it to a transmission shop and sure enough the slave cylinder seals were shot and the clutch destroyed and flywheel burnt. Needed new clutch and flywheel. Must have been an issue for a long time as stripped transmission and found lots of damage caused by someone forcing shifts with a dragging clutch. Having to completely rebuild the transmission. The electric windows also didn't work (that was an easy fix replacing the switches). Also found the battery terminals were stripped so had to buy a new battery as the positive cable was falling off. These guys will try and get away with selling you cars with serious issues. They don't do their own quality checks or proper inspections. Buyer beware. read more

My experience with this dealership was excellent. Jake, the salesman, was responsive, courteous, and truly accommodating throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through every step, and his video updates were especially helpful in setting expectations. The vehicle arrived exactly as described -- just as Jake had shown in the video. The paperwork and processing were impressively modern and fully digital, which made things smooth and efficient. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved, and to be fair, they stemmed mostly from my own lack of experience with purchasing a vehicle remotely and from abroad. Jake and the team made sure I felt confident and supported the whole way through. If you're considering a remote or out-of-state purchase, this dealership -- and Jake in particular -- will make sure you're taken care of. read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my Ferrari with Jake! From when I showed up to the dealership and even beyond the purchase, the process was smooth, seamless, and truly enjoyable. Jake was incredibly honest and transparent, providing me with all the details I needed to make an informed decision without any pressure. He let the condition of the vehicle kind of speak for itself. If he wasn't immediately available, one of the owners, David, was also incredibly involved and made himself available as well. Jake was incredibly helpful with his knowledge of the car, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Not only that, but the dealership had an outstanding selection of supercars and luxury cars -- it's obvious these are car people. I had been searching for this exact color combination for several years and when this car showed up on a Cargurus search, I jumped at the opportunity... They priced it I thought at a very competitive price in line with the market today. If you're in the market for a supercar or luxury vehicle, I highly recommend Motorenn. They genuinely care about their customers and their cars, and that really shows in the way they do business. This experience exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with our new (to us) Ferrari. Thank you, Jake, David, and the Motorenn team for making this such a great experience! read more

I bought and sold all in record time. I live out of town and the Motorenn team knows how to make it happen with ease. Thank you

I had a very good experience with Motorenn buying a Porsche 991.2 coupe. As the purchase was done virtually, Austin was very diligent in providing everything I needed to feel confident in my purchase. The vehicle was accurately described and Motorenn followed through on all their commitments. Thank you! read more

Purchased a vehicle from this place. Initially customer service was okay. Test drove the vehicle and it was fine. Fast forward a few weeks and I found my car not holding air and it was due to a crack in one of the wheels. After the wheels had been removed, they were discovered to be FAKE Porsche wheels. FAKE wheels! What kind of dealership represents their vehicle online with having real wheels?!? Cody told me that the wheels "seem to be authentic" and were swapped at a Porsche dealer. The wheels that were supposed to be on my car were put on another vehicle to make it seem like it was equipped from Porsche with more expensive wheel options. The fake wheel quality is poor. I had to replace the set as a safety issue. I brought up my concern to Cody - who forwarded me to Austin. Both guys basically brushed me off and told me to kick rocks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Their shady business practices are going to cost you more money in the end - and they'll leave you out to dry. read more

Very impressed with David and his team. I sold my vehicle through their consignment service and they provided white glove level service that spanned across the entire end to end experience for the sale. My vehicle required unique positioning within the market and they were able to address that complexity easily and smoothly. Definitely will be working with Motorenn again for future purchases and sales. read more

Jake and his colleagues were very professional and not pushy at all as most car salespeople are. I had a seamless transaction and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high end vehicle. Thank you guys! read more

This place is started out great then took a turn for the worst when they sold me a car that had a completely incorrect engine in it. Took them 4 months to solve the problem with me going after it on a daily basis. I couldve shoved a lawsuit up their you know what but trusted Austin weekly. My mistake. Car still in POS condition. Have to pay thousands to fix a job they shouldve done from the beginning. They take cars on consignment lie on the listing sell you the car then you find out a V8 is actually a V6. Horrible experience. Go buy from a reputable dealership. Not to mention as soon as I threatened him he went into hiding ignoring my calls ans texts. read more

Came in to consign my car but instead, ended up with a 570GT they had in stock. Switched from consignment to trading in my car, for which they gave me great valuation. It was the most stress free car-buying experience I've ever had. No pressure. Friendly, knowledgable and very responsive. Most importantly, they stand behind their sales and vows to address issues with the vehicle within a few days of purchase. Outstanding experience. Thank you, David and Austin! read more

I'm so glad I chose to consign my car with Motorenn -- it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they walked me through every step. I put a deposit down on a beautiful consigned $360K Ferrari. I requested service records and paid $750 to a Ferrari service department for a PPI (so I could purchase an extended manufacturer warranty). The service records showed that the current owner had recently brought the vehicle to Ferrari due to a check engine light. An after-market exhaust had caused it. The owner had an OBD controller installed at that time -- no doubt to clear the "check engine" codes when it happened again. During my PPI, Ferrari service initially missed the exhaust, but then told me that it was still in place, along with an aftermarket suspension. These caused the vehicle to fail the inspection. Also, the car would have failed the state smog test. Motorenn's website states that they perform "an exhaustive 151 point inspection" on their vehicles -- yet they somehow "missed" major alterations, one of which would cause the car to fail a STATE inspection. They offered to replace the aftermarket parts if I purchased the vehicle. But I couldn't help but wonder -- what else hadn't I been told about the car? Motorenn knew or should have known about these alterations. I would never have paid for an inspection that was certain to fail. I requested that they reimburse me at least part of the $750; they refused. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle and and don't recommend this company. Either they don't know the cars they're selling or...well, you know the rest. read more

Hambik and Austin were just great. I concur with Chris C.'s review. The experience was totally stress free and could not have been more pleasant. They even took the time to give me a tour of the incredible cars for sale in the warehouse, and answered all of my stupid questions. They were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable, which I cannot say is very common in this industry. Great job guys!!!!!! read more

Jake and the crew at Motorenn are great. the best dealer i've ever dealt with when buying a car. Jake went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. i was 90 mins away from their location and wanted to test drive a car. i wasn't going to get there in time so Jake offered to stay late after their normal business to accommodate me even though the car i wanted to purchase was on the low end of their inventory; only $60K when most of their cars are $200K+. they never made me feel less important because my transaction was smaller than their usual. after the purchase, they offered to deliver the car to my home but i decided to pick it up instead. when i arrived they had the car detailed and even filled up the gas tank. i've bought cars from jaguar, lexus, and ford dealers and they never filled up the tank. that was unexpected and appreciated. this just speaks to the service you can expect at motorenn. ask for jake you wont be disappointed. read more

I worked with Jake in securing my dream car. McLaren 650s. He made it so easy was very professional throughout the transaction. I had a pleasant experience selling my car with Motorenn. They worked with me and helped me sell my car fast. Ian and Austin were great.

Just purchased a car from Motorenn site unseen after spotting it on Auto-trader. Yes I was a bit nervous but was unable to see the car in person. Austin made the transition easy and stress free from beginning to end. No haggling or hidden cost thrown in like other dealerships can do. It was delivered right to our house and the videos didn't do it justice. It's a beautiful car just like they said, I highly recommend this company. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, and total lack of professionalism from the owner. This is before I even bought a car. Ryan is awesome ! Was skeptical bringing my car because of past inept mechanic shops, but he was the total opposite. He was very proactive with alerting me on new details. Couldn't ask for better service, 5 stars. Thank you MotoRENN ! read more

Austin helped me purchase my very first supercar and I couldn't be more pleased. I was highly impressed with Austin's transparency, communication and knowledge of cars. He is a true/real enthusiast and not only a sales representative. From day 1 communication has been excellent- even past work hours. He helped me break down different payment method options that would benefit my situation. Absolutely no hidden fees- all the documents were transparent from the day you were quoted to signing. I am highly certain we will be doing business again and anyone looking for cars should not hesitate to give them a call. Met Ryan and the guys in their service department too and they are just as amazing with bright personalities. read more

Offer and efficient fair Deal, great friendly office. The deal is being done in two days.

Motorenn is a great dealership. I've sold four cars to them and bought one from them, and each time, it was a great experience. Despite fluctuations in the car market and prices, the owner David is always proactive and committed to getting deals done. They are very nice, and they conduct thorough inspections on all the cars before posting them in inventory. Motorenn is my go-to, and I strongly encourage other sellers and buyers to do the same. All my car friends are their clients now. It's a waste of time to go to other dealers to compare when they are the best. read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I absolutely would I was dealing with Austin for the last 4 days on a Mercedes gtr there financing was beyond slow one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with I was putting more than half down on the vehicle with good credit took him more than 4 days to get a answer back to me. Very unprofessional and they have 0 professionalism I don't know how this place is still in business if you are looking for a car beware of this dealership they do not care about there customers they are beyond delayed on getting back to you. Messages are left on read with no response. Take your business somewhere else and save your time. Do not let them run your credit because there financing is the worst I have dealt with also very bad communication skills. I would not recommend anyone here even my worst enemy this establishment is a total waste of time and energy cars are way overpriced and customer service is the worst I dealt with even McDonald's treats you better than this place thanks for waisting my time Austin read more

From the second I dropped a note showing my interest for a 2017 911 4s, I was met with detailed answers to any and all of my questions. I then was offered the opportunity to place the car on hold so I could set aside time for a viewing and test drive. The car presented better in person than their professional photo gallery and their enclosed facility left me assured that the car would continue to be protected as I made up my mind. Austin assisted me during the entire process and would field my questions throughout the day. Always available to hop on the phone when I needed to bend his ear. Two days later, I took the leap and was offered delivery free of charge. All paperwork was handled easily online in less than 10min. Can't express how seamless, helpful and supportive the process was. Truly 10/10. My boyfriend bought his first car from Motorenn back in May of 2021 and just bought his second car from them last week.
