After my car was crushed in a freeway pile-up I was looking for a safe, reliable and affordable replacement. I found a car that met all my criteria on Auto Race's website and called Alberto for a test drive. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived. It was a carefully maintained decade old vehicle in mint condition. I noticed that his well stocked lot was full of premium cars in beautiful condition. After examining the car and taking it for a ride, I was sold on it. Alberto made the sale quick and painless, saving me thousands of dollars. Amir gave me a couple options for financing but I chose to use my credit union, That was no problem. He helped me sail through that process as well. I'm delighted with my new car and thankful for the help Alberto and Amir gave me.

Shockingly, the individual in question even suggested a physical altercation, which I fortunately captured on video. It's disheartening that what should have been a routine interaction turned into a distressing situation. He actually was so tense that he told me to write a review, to which I said I would, here we are, writing an honest review for you. Despite our calm demeanor, the individual's confrontational attitude persisted, leading to unnecessary tension. No customer should endure such treatment, especially when seeking to make a simple purchase. I hope this feedback prompts reflection and correct action taken. Update: After posting this review, I was harassed through messages by Auto Race and threatened to take this post down. Several other people also contacted me about this review, and I believe they were acting on the dealership's behalf. I did not respond. This is deeply inappropriate behavior toward someone simply sharing an honest experience. I have also seen others report similar experiences. A negative review should never result in harassment, threats, or repeated unwanted contact. Please stay safe, keep everything documented, and contact police if any further incident occurs.

Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

I gotta say - this was a pretty seamless and straight-forward experience - something which is unusual and rare when buying a used car. Here's what really stood out to me from start to finish: - Greg was quick to respond to my initial text - We arranged a time to meet at his lot and when I showed up 10 minutes early, he was already there. Thanks for being early and not making me wait around on my lunch break. Appreciate you for that big time. - When it came time to deal, we had some negotiation, but it was not high pressure. He was informative and knew the vehicle and showed me how some of the storage and seats flipped up for loading. Very professional, good attitude. - We agreed on a price and sat down to sign paperwork. Wow, this is probably the fastest and easiest car buying paperwork I've ever filled out. He was very organized and presented the paperwork thoroughly and really didn't waste any time. The paperwork exercise literally took 15 minutes total, although he didn't seem rushed, just organized. What a time saver! Sometimes you don't realize how valuable your time is until someone works efficiently like this and it takes much less time than you expected. -I've had the car for a day now and there have been no surprises. I knew a bit about this model car before the purchase and it has lived up to my expectation. The car drives great and is in EXCELLENT condition for being a 100k mile car. It's just what I was looking for and I'm glad we could do a deal. It was very nice to meet you and a big thanks for making everything so smooth and easy!

Jesus then asked what I was interested in. I explained Ruby Red Pearl 2025 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with Convenience Package. He researched and came back stating that they had what we desired currently awaiting build in Japan. The delivery time was a month and a few days away, so he suggested a deposit would lock it in for us. We could then relax and just wait.
