This review is regarding their rental company. BE WARNED. THEY WILL CHARGE UNFAIR CLEANING FEES. I really wanted to like this rental company, but they are just greedy. The car renting process was fine and the car was fine. The only issue was that they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. They gave the car to me dirty, the outside was clean-ish, but the interior was dirty. They claimed they had it professionally cleaned inside and out before the trip, I found trash under the seats that prove that it was not cleaned before given to me. Most owners would be okay with the condition I returned it in because they are going to clean it again for their next customer. They just wanted me to pay the cleaning bill for them. No thanks. I LOVE this car and it is my dream car, why would I trash it? I got it already trashed, if anything, I returned the interior cleaner than I received it. And they even warned me about returning the car late, and that a late fee will be charged. Ironically, they did not even give me the car on time, they were 15 minutes late. Good thing I returned it on time huh? Good luck renting from them, maybe they will treat you more fairly? Or not. read more

I was looking to get a new car and needed to trade in my BMW (7 years old, 112K miles). A few days later, I was told the price range that they expected instead of an actual price. The price range they gave was similar to the lowest prices offered to me from other buyers. Their site states that they send a mechanic to see the car and give sellers a mechanic's report but they never sent a mechanic to evaluate the car.
