A car that will last my son at least 5-10 more years! The Nissan Altima had very low mileage, brand new tires, very clean Interior and Exterior. From the moment we walked in to look at a used Mazda3, to getting the keys, the process was warm, friendly, professional and customer service was outstanding! We were a bit hesitant after we found the place as it is behind another dealer on Stevens Creek and the lot is not "fancy". But we were put at ease by Ximena who stopped what she was doing (closing another sale) to greet us and quickly got us keys to take the car for a test drive while she finished up with her other client. Because they buy some of these at auction, the car did not have service records which is always iffy, but it did have a clean CarFax as far as accidents go. We asked if we could have our mechanic take a look and they made an appointment for us to pick the car up the next day and take it to his shop. Super honest way to do business and we appreciated it so much! They worked with us on our budget which was pretty set and there was no high pressure sales tactics being used. Ximena was the "chillest" car lot sales person I've ever encountered, I loved it! We are so happy and I've already referred multiple co-workers!

The mechanic found the rear differential was bad and needed replacing. Additionally, he found three separate leaks and suspected it might have been in an accident. It also needed front brakes. The car requires thousands of dollars in repairs. In the business listing, the owner Farid states "we sell reliable cars." This was not true in my case. If considering purchasing from Pride Motors, do your homework. Read other reviews. If moving forward with a purchase, I highly recommend getting a pre-purchase inspection. I contacted the owner to ask for any kind of help and he offered none. Very disappointing experience.

The best car buying experience I have ever had by far! Entire process from initial contact to…read morereceiving my car was frictionless and effortless. Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

Jose is a very down to earth young man, he was not pushy or trying to speed up a possible deal. In fact, he was a young man with patience. He came happily per our request for the test drive. And helped us navigate the test drive at ease, Especially we were not familiar with the hybrid car. He is very good with communication and did not rush nor push for a sale. I felt very positive during the interaction. We decided to purchase it since it is the model year we were searching for. Especially after checking the result of carfax. Jose, great job and was a real pleasure meeting you and getting the car we were looking for.
