Juwan was patient and helpful with my difficulties getting to an initial test drive, luckily one of my kids came through and let me borrow his car. I test drove the car at the top of my list, and it was smooth like a new car, and seemed to accelerate super easy. I did test drive another just for comparison, but I think I really knew I had found my car when I had the first one on the highway. Having just retired a couple weeks ago, this was not ideal timing, but I told Juwan I would check about borrowing from life insurance, which was how I had financed the last one. He told me they would actually give me something for my old car, too, even though it wasn't running, Luckily my policy had more than enough value to borrow what I needed. They don't have anything here that you won't find at another, more reputable dealership. I was advised not to operate the vehicle due to the risk of suspension failure and loss of control. This defect existed at the time of sale and was not disclosed to me. Selling a structurally unsafe vehicle without disclosure violates Minnesota law and puts drivers at serious risk. The dealer has refused to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

I have been taking my cars to Jason basically since I started driving…read more There are plenty of shops to get your car fixed, and while I'm sure everyone has something to say about getting their car fixed, Jason is the only mechanic I will ever trust with my car. I took my car to the dealer (it's a one owner bought brand new) for it's 60,000 mile service which includes replacement of the timing belt. What I was met with was a repair bill of over $1500!!! I took my car to Jason instead and had all the fluids flushed, a tune up, water pump, and timing belt done for $700. Now maybe it's just me, but saving over 50% on a service charge because you don't have to pay a dealer mechanic their RIDICULOUS hourly shop rates, but friendly service with a smile, a mechanic who will bend over backwards to find you parts for your car at the lowest cost to you, and a guaruntee on the work done is priceless. One other cool feature, I love getting my car back after having it worked on, and taking it one garage stall over to vacuum it out and give it that hand polished shine that makes my car look happy. : - ) I will never take my car anywhere else, unless I absolutely have to!

I started searching for repair/replacement folks and found Victory. They were one of the more reasonably priced places and they give back to the community so that kinda sealed the deal.
