If I could give negative stars, I would. We were promised an oil change when buying our ATV and even had to wait an extra day for it. When we finally picked it up, there was zero oil in it and the oil filter was crushed. The machine smoked like crazy right away -- complete junk. We brought it back, where it sat for 7 weeks while they fed us excuse after excuse. Every call we made, we got the same line: "you're next in line." Truth is, they weren't fixing anything because they already knew they sold us a lemon. When we finally showed up in person, the so-called "owner" couldn't even bother to talk to us. Chris was an absolute joke -- condescending, rude, and arrogant. He actually told my husband that people spend way more money and that our $16k UTV was "cheap." Imagine dropping 16 grand and being told it's nothing. His attitude was basically: take your broken machine and get lost. We took it to Bennett Motors in Fly Creek -- who actually treat people with respect -- and they confirmed what we suspected: the entire engine needs to be rebuilt. So thanks, Chris, for being a liar, a crook, and running a shop that clearly has no problem ripping people off. read more

The owner is a stand up guy. After having some difficulty registering the used boat and trailer I purchased last September, I had to ask for his help with a notarized bill of sale for both. I was thoughtful and set an appointment at a nearby branch of my bank and then called to set things up with the dealer after making sure doing so would require a minimal time commitment. I arrived ~9:30 and we completed the required paperwork by 10 AM. This kind of service after the sale is not commonplace, and I really appreciate the effort. read more

One of the easiest, over the phone purchases I've done in awhile. This dealership is over 4 1/2 hours away from me. I found a nice looking Rzr xp1000 they had so I called them. I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner Chris, who entertained every question I had about it with a plethora of knowledge! I decided to not travel up there and purchase it over the phone. Chris delivered it himself for a small fee right on time. He spent 45 min explaining every detail about the machine, we went for a test ride. Honestly nothing was missed. He took the time and I received all the original paperwork with it. He reassured me that if I had any issues, he was just a phone call away. PRICE GOUGING!!!! I called and left 2 messaged about a jet ski Monday. Tuesday, I spoke to the owner. He said he thought the person buying the jet ski had his financing denied. He would know at 4 PM. THE OWNER TOLD ME I WAS NEXT IN LINE TO PURCHASE AS THE JET SKI. We were paying his listed price and no financing needed. I called at 4:25 Tuesday. The owner said if I could not wait for his call, I should go to another dealer. Wednesday, today, a different guy called me and told me they are showing the jet ski at 6 pm today. I said, the owner told me I was next in line to purchase it. He said he would check and call me back. NO CALL BACK read more

I moved to Central NY in 2006; and had multiple surgeries to repair injuries from a serious MVA. SInce these were completed and I am now surprisingly fit for someone my age who has been through all I have... In 2009 when my damage case settled, I started to be able to enjoy the benefits CNY provides. I purchased a used 2004 Big Bear 400 from Chris in 2010, when he was East Coast Connection... and recently spoke with him at Moto World. My Big Bear was bought with a little over 200 miles on it; it was in very good shape, a minor crack in a plastic fender, and it seemed to lean a bit in the rear to the right, so it may have been overloaded, or rolled, but mechanically and cosmetically was a nice machine! I also had them add a 5' plow, as my primary need was clearing my raised, paved 240'x18' driveway. My 2 sons took off the plow & mounts every summer and had a ball riding on open farmland and wooded areas every summer! The machine was a great deal, and we have put on over 1250 miles, and all I ever did was a plug and a carb cleaning! Powersports recreation in CNY is a popular passtime, and conditions are not always Ideal- for sleds, Quads, or Bikes- many get sold due to folks wanting bigger, newer, more powerful machines; and there are many dealers, new & used, and lots of private folks who get unwanted or damaged units, fix them up, and re-sell them. If you want new- pay the price, and move on. Chris has come a long way, and I have never found him to be unreasonable or dishonest. Over the past 8 years, I have owned 8 Polaris Sleds, & 6 Ski Doos. None were bought brand new. I bought two from Dealers (the used Yami from Chris, and a used late model SkiDoo from DDS, a good OEM dealership) I don't put too much faith in the folks saying bad things about Chris & moto- World. They either made bad decisions themselves, did not do good diligence; or just bought something that looked pretty, but might have been cleaned up real good, or repaired. Bought a 2015 Polaris Sportsman last week from them. Had a little issue with the speedometer and Chris, the boss came right over to our house and helped resolve the issue, leaving a spare part.
