When we finally picked it up, there was zero oil in it and the oil filter was crushed. The machine smoked like crazy right away -- complete junk. We brought it back, where it sat for 7 weeks while they fed us excuse after excuse. Every call we made, we got the same line: "you're next in line." Truth is, they weren't fixing anything because they already knew they sold us a lemon. When we finally showed up in person, the so-called "owner" couldn't even bother to talk to us. Chris was an absolute joke -- condescending, rude, and arrogant. He actually told my husband that people spend way more money and that our $16k UTV was "cheap." Imagine dropping 16 grand and being told it's nothing. His attitude was basically: take your broken machine and get lost. We took it to Bennett Motors in Fly Creek -- who actually treat people with respect -- and they confirmed what we suspected: the entire engine needs to be rebuilt. So thanks, Chris, for being a liar, a crook, and running a shop that clearly has no problem ripping people off.

Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

Second, I brought the car home to my mechanic a week later and just 1 outer tie rod needed to be done. The car had just been inspected a few months so we knew the other stuff was probably fine even before double-checking. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of a naive college kid.
