December 17th and they are saying it won't be done till after the new year. We picked it up from them on the 18th, took it to a place in Syracuse, NY and the next day its done and ready for pick up. KDK Sports just lost a customer. They clearly don't care, as they had not a care in the world when we said we were picking it up and taking it elsewhere. So sad.

If I could give negative stars, I would…read more We were promised an oil change when buying our ATV and even had to wait an extra day for it. When we finally picked it up, there was zero oil in it and the oil filter was crushed. The machine smoked like crazy right away -- complete junk. We brought it back, where it sat for 7 weeks while they fed us excuse after excuse. Every call we made, we got the same line: "you're next in line." Truth is, they weren't fixing anything because they already knew they sold us a lemon. When we finally showed up in person, the so-called "owner" couldn't even bother to talk to us. Chris was an absolute joke -- condescending, rude, and arrogant. He actually told my husband that people spend way more money and that our $16k UTV was "cheap." Imagine dropping 16 grand and being told it's nothing. His attitude was basically: take your broken machine and get lost. We took it to Bennett Motors in Fly Creek -- who actually treat people with respect -- and they confirmed what we suspected: the entire engine needs to be rebuilt. So thanks, Chris, for being a liar, a crook, and running a shop that clearly has no problem ripping people off.

They are crooks! They replaced a exhaust filter for me during summer readiness service and at first launch the machine got water in the engine! They say it was my fault.. haha i dunno what they consider summer readiness but that means hooking to water. Every real mechanic i spoke to who worked on a kawasaki jetski says it was improper installation of the exhaust filter! Today i picked it up from them and the engine compartment is completely soak in milky oil. When I dropped this thing off it was clean .. i have photos of the engine compartment that proves its clean, the day it first died. God only knows what they did to this for two months it was in their care. They told me it was unfixable and now i know why.. they destroyed it!! I will be calling kawaskai tomorrow and the attorney general to lodge a complaint regarding shoddy business practices! DO NOT go here for anything!!
