I had a very positive experience buying my first vehicle from NYE Toyota last year. My salesman…read moreDustin did a great job showing me the vehicles I requested as well as letting me take them out for test drives alone so I could get comfortable with the vehicle. After a second visit to the dealer, I was ready to make a deal. Dustin was great through this process and helped me find the financing and terms that I was comfortable with. My only knock during this time was when I came to take delivery of the car, some of the financing terms had been modified without my clearance, which I wasn't thrilled about. This took an extra 45 minutes to get changed which made the pickup longer than necessary. Service so far has been great - calling me to remind me of the free services that came with the purchase. I will continue using them for service calls as needed and plan on going back to shop them again when I need a new car.

We recently went to NYE Toyota in Oneida, NY for pricing on a new Toyota 4Runner. The female sales…read morerepresentative was terrible! She told the person interested in purchasing the 4Runner that he was not eligible for the Toyota Military Discount after he just returned from combat operations in the Middle East in June. After leaving Nye Toyota we went to another car dealership that honored the military discount! In addition, the NYE Toyota female sales representative said "the best they could do would be a $500 discount off the total vehicle price". We had a much more satisfying sales experience elsewhere.

We purchased a Chevy Traverse recently from Bravo Auto Sales for our daughter. Joe was phenomenal…read moreright from the start. He opened on his day off so we could test drive the car. He worked with us and was very patient with our financing decisions. He helped us every step of the way. When we took possession of the car there were a few hiccups with it and he personally came and got it, fixed what was wrong and even went above and beyond and did additional upgrades and delivered to our daughter. We couldn't be happier with the car and the service. I would highly recommend him for your next auto purchase.

Second purchase from Mastrovito in about a year, fantastic experience both times…read more The dealership is busy - unlike any other I've been to - there's people buzzing about everywhere and they're all on a mission. I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. The sales people are all friendly, well schooled and what's really impressive is how they help each other out to keep things going. One last and very important distinction that this dealership has versus the competition is the owner's commitment to giving back to the community. They're constantly supporting local causes and the whole dealership takes part. Give them a shot - see the difference.

They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!
