I called on my way there to apprise him that we would be there at 4:30- I wanted to make sure that would still work. The car was beautiful- but it was SCRATCHED (brand new) on the hood and had tiny circular scratches all over it - perhaps from a dirty towel being used on it. Cory kept deflecting my findings by telling me what a great car it was and that he, too, drove an Arteon. I brought him back to the scratches and he finally said he would have the dealership pay to fix it...we will find out if that actually occurs. We sat down to do the paperwork. For me, this was a big purchase, and a big reason to read the fine print before I signed on the dotted line. Cory was antsy and I felt hurried. When I read the title line, $50 had been crossed out and a $327 fee had been charged instead. Cory offered me three different reasons as to why this was - none of which was right. He finally got someone on the phone to explain what the real charge was (a third party being hired to register my car, which I never approved), but not before he got very upset, stomped around, slammed things down on his desk and yelled at me in front of my mom and children. I said he was being rude and that the customer was always right (I too was in sales and you never want to lose your cool). 'Are they though? Are they?!' He glared at me from across the desk and said he was frustrated with me and that he had a right to be because I kept asking the same question (that he wasn't answering) and that HE WAS LATE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. I hurriedly cross referenced the invoice with my loan and signed. Afterward, while still on the lot, I found a ding in my window. Cory said the GM would call me Monday, which he didn't do. I've not had such an unnerving experience buying a car. I might not be the perfect customer, as they can't just bamboozle me, but I'm sure I'm not the worst either. Buying a car is something I do once a decade- so to have had this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership.

Before I could ever finish, checking out, the cashier told me there was no way he was going outside to install a fuse in my vehicle. I never asked him to! drove off to my destination, and went to install the fuse. They were the wrong ones. Following day on my way home from work I stopped to return them. Different cashier, tells me I can refund your money but I can't get you the correct fuse. couldn't look it up on the computer for me and told me to go outside and pull the fuse and bring it in. Very short and smug with me. this is the second time I've had terrible terrible service at this business. Will never go there again. The first time I had to wait for over half an hour for them to change my wiper blades after I had already paid for them. This was because customers kept coming in. And they were were more worried about making another sale than they were about completing the first one.

I'm very thankful for Stan Bogacz at Davison Automotive. My SUV started having problems right as my…read morewarranty was ending, and there was no way to get me in before it expired. Stan went above and beyond by working with GM to make sure the repairs were still covered. There ended up being eight issues that would have cost thousands of dollars, but he made sure everything was taken care of. My vehicle was there about a week while parts came in and they fixed everything. That level of care and customer service is rare.

The computer in my 2025 Buick Enclave was reading that my front brakes were at 18 per cent so a mechanic friend of mine pulled the tires sandbar they were like new and that the computer had to updated. The brakes if purchased from Davidsons were $300.00 but he was able to purchase them for less than a third of that. Davidsons wanted to chal me a diagnostic fee for the vehicle that was under warranty. A person in the servic department was yelling at me when i questioned that so I hung up on the. i then called for an oil change and I was told that everyone was busy snd I would get a call back 48 hours later no call back. Needless to say it will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Davidsons. I feel sorry for the sales person because he was great.
