He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. Explained that the repairs weren't urgent and quoted me a price for the repairs that I chose to schedule at a later date. No pressure -just understanding and information. While I was waiting, it became clear that both of their tire techs called out sick. They had people scheduled. Daniele was the employee at the desk. She called those people and explained that there would be delays and explained the situation. She gave the customers the option of rescheduling or dropping off with a later pick-up time. In one case, she even helped set up an appointment at another area Mavis. She did this with kindness and patience. Hats off to Danielle -grace under pressure.
