I had repairs done a year ago when someone hit me, and he was thorough and did excellent work. This year, during a snowstorm, when a tree hit me (pesky trees jumping out and hitting our cars is a big problem in Central New York), I once again took it back knowing I'd have tremendous work done. I was not disappointed. Even a minor dent I put in the truck loading a hay bale was fixed (without me asking, or being charged) so that the truck looked like new. The cherry on top is the detailing they do to the inside of your vehicle - whether it was related to the damage done or not. It's like you're getting a brand new vehicle when you pull out of there. Mary Lou and the rest of the front counter staff are tremendously friendly, and keep you informed all along the way. This place is the example for how every business should operate with regard to customer service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They're just that good.

They've resolved some major car issues for me so now I go here for everything. They even supported me through getting reimbursement from a shop that had done poor work leading to this issue. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. I have Parkinson's and the van has been converted to accommodate a wheelchair and fitted w a ramp. I need it to stay independent. The reviews on Yelp were so positive I called and got an appointment. Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice.
