I walked in on a busy Monday morning and asked to have my tires looked at, since they were at least five years old. The owner, Russ, was fabulous. He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. I called TP on a recommendation from Midas to ask for an estimate, and was told that they will only provide an estimate after looking at the vehicle. Reluctantly, I brought my car in for them to look at. I knew that I was in position to be taken advantage of, so I braced myself for the worst. Amazingly, they just removed the bad parts of the pipes and welded a new pipe in place, connecting the exhaust pipe directly to my existing muffler. I won't say what they charged me, because it was so little that if I had heard the cost as an estimate, I wouldn't have believed it was true. And they changed the car's oil for me, as well. The car's exhaust is now even quieter than when I first had the entire exhaust system replaced, which is something I cannot explain. This will be my go-to shop for exhaust work from now on. A++
