F*** this place. I won't go into detail about what I heard from the owner Chris, but apparently he thinks that makes it ok to make insulting comments about his customers. Considering where he's located he ought to know better than to hate his clientele. Add to that the fact he shorted me quite a bit of money on a transaction and explained this by saying, "well, this is the price we're gonna do." Don't trust. read more

We live about 30 mins outside of Utica. Adis came out and was on time and kind (this was the only…read morestars he earned). He told us we needed a part for our older model double-oven. He said he'd look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

They never showed up or had the decently to return my calls and give me a status. I finally got a call at 6:30pm from a technician not associated with AEL who agreed to come the next day at 8am
