The best moving experience we have ever had! When we first contacted the company about or move we were met with courtesy, and professionalism. This was impressive because they were a local company, and the big name companies hadn't treated us quite as well. We had to present our employer with three moving quotes, since they were the ones funding the move, EJA came out on top. EJA had the best pricing and we were advised to pick a local mover since they have the least amount of issues, and after reviewing the other companies this turned out to be accurate. Our employer wouldn't have hired a company that insisted on cash, everything needed a paper trail, in fact we had to have everything lined up a week before they brought the truck to our house. We later found out they had the best reputation for moving for local and big names businesses in the area, this put our minds at ease. On moving day they had an army of very professional movers and packed our house in record time. They took extra care with family heirlooms and fine china. Even Eddie, the owner, was there making sure everything went smoothly. I thought for sure we would have some casualties since our move was from one corner of the country to the other, but everything arrived in perfect condition. We felt like we were well taken care of, even though we were across the country, any minor issues that arose were promptly taken care of and with absolute respect. Highly recommended! read more

A big thank you to ALL of you who were involved in my move. I didn't expect such AWESOME service! From the very beginning my experience was nothing less than top-notch. Eddie, you are the nicest person, and I can tell by talking with you how much you truly care about your customers. I really appreciate the time you took in helping me organize the move. Brittany, I thank you too for always being so kind in handling my requests and making me feel better about my plants. A big shout out to the crew who moved my items from Ohio. You were incredibly kind, and I thank you for taking the time to Facetime me to go through the items to be shipped. Also, a big thank you to the crew who delivered my items to NY. Wow, you drove in terrible road weather/road conditions and still managed have a great attitude when arriving. You were so careful with all of my things, and so patient with delivering to two locations. And last my not least, I thank everyone who took care of my plants while in transit. It is truly unbelievable that you took the time to move the plants into your office to ensure they were safe and warm. When telling others this, they can't believe it! ALL of you went over and beyond and I am so appreciative! read more

My husband and I hired EJA to move from our house of 37 years to a smaller home in July, and I can't say enough good things about them. They were responsive, great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on scheduling, and most important they took great care with our (many!) possessions. From the first walk-through of our house and contents with Eddie, to prep. day and move day, they were polite, attentive, careful yet FAST! They were like a SWAT team who came in and packed boxes, wrapped furniture, took great care with fragile items, and got it all on the trucks SO fast! And then the follow-up calls from Eddie himself to make sure everything had gone smoothly and if we had any concerns! What company even does that any more?? I guess when your name in is on the trucks you DO care and we saw that in every interaction. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat - don't bother looking elsewhere for movers in the Mohawk Valley/CNY area! read more

If you need anything moved properly, safely and professionally this company is the place to select for your needs. They are fully insured. The employees are fully educated in the art of moving heavy equipment. The individuals that represent the company have met and exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and swift from begining to the end. The individuals made sure to treat my BAI V22 vision commercial embroidery machine as if it was their own. There's nothing that this company can't move. The service fee was affordable and the time they took to move the machine to where I needed it was quick. The machine weighed over 700 lbs. Again I suggest that anyone moving something of value. Choose EJA services. Tell them Sebastain sent you. read more

These guys are the best! I called at the last minute to pack my pod, and Eddie responded promptly and graciously, managing to squeeze me in. He's a savior! His team was courteous, professional, and efficient. They spent many hours carefully wrapping and packing my furniture, all for a very reasonable flat rate. I couldn't be happier with my experience. My only regret is that I didn't hire them to handle the full move. read more

I called EJA to move my semi-large one bedroom apartment. The called me right back, did a walk through and set up the move. The day went very smoothly. The 3 men were courteous and professional. They took care in wrapping larger items and helped with wardrobe boxes for all my hanging clothes. This was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them for any move you may have. read more
