They have managed to get the most difficult stains out of our furniture. We have also had a sheepskin rug cleaned, now looking fresh and brand new. hired them to remove urine on carpets. since they changed ownership the man told me he bought the business it apparently has gone downhill. Owner and helper were here less than an hr. about 45 minutes. I paid them and gave a tip. now I see with my black light there is no difference- the urine stains are still there and the carpet actually di not smell fresh as it used to in the past for their magic PERT cleaner. I will probably not be calling them again ever. the two guys who did a great job he must have fired. look for a new company if you think you're getting the same high quality ABC ChemDry because you're not! read more

I am from Utica NY^ and I recently had water damage that was beyond my ability to clean. I called Chem Dry's emergency service line. The man on the phone was so attentive to my concerns assuring me that they could help. Within a half hour Don and Tom came to my home to help with my dilemma. They were so sympathetic to my needs and got right to work saving me further damage. They instructed us about the equipment they left to help dry out the rugs. They returned and removed it after they felt it was dry. Cannot say enough about Chem Dry - my number one choice for sure. read more

ABC Chem-Dry's tile and grout cleaning service was everything advertised and more! Our kitchen tiles are off-white with sandstone colored grout, and have been in place over 20 years. Over time, the grout weathered and now ranged in color from medium brown to almost black in heavily trafficked areas. We heard a radio ad by ABC Chem-Dry claiming they could get your tile and grout looking like new and decided to give it a shot. We were amazed at how the grout is now back to original color and the tiles actually sparkle - we thought we would see improvement but no idea it would turn out so good.
